Credit Card Policy To secure your reservation, payment must be successfully processed with the registered credit card. Failure to meet this requirement, may result in your reservation being cancelled. The card holder must be one of the guests listed in the reservation. During check-in, the card holder is called to present the card used for payment, along with valid passport for identification purposes. If the card holder is not one of the guests checking in, the card holder must provide a written confirmation in advance, authorizing the payment transaction on behalf of the guests’ reservation. We appreciate your understanding and consent with these requirements, which are in line with banks' guidelines to ensure secure transactions. Unforeseen Events The property is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, or other force majeure circumstances. Child restrictions Due to the lack of childcare facilities and protection infrastructure, the property cannot host children under 18 years old. Please ensure that the reservation reflects the age of all guests, as bookings that do not comply with this policy may be cancelled with full cancellation penalty upon check-in.
