Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Sommerloft Rerik in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-ins and check-outs outside of reception hours is only available upon request and cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the property for further details. Please note the bunk beds are only suitable for children weighing up to 45 kg. Property will inform you via e-mail regarding check-in details and key collection prior to your arrival. Guests need to bring their own towels or rent them at the property for a fee. Please note that pets are only permitted in the apartments on the ground floor.
