**Fees**

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

Self parking fee: USD 7.00 per night (in/out privileges)

Valet parking fee: USD 8.30 per night (in/out privileges)

Pet fee: USD 50.00 per pet, per stay

Early check-in fee: USD 50.00

Late check-out fee: USD 50.00

Rollaway bed fee: USD 25.00 per night

Deposit: if the guest pays the deposit by credit card, then the deposit amount is USD 105.00 and will be returned from 2 to 14 days after check-out, if in cash, the deposit amount will be USD 180.00.
