Location, pool, dinners.
What was bad
They gave us with a 2-year-old child the room next to a bar with loud music and a kitchen with a clatter of plates (it definitely didn't look like room on pictures while booking), wi-fi only in the lobby and only if you came first, breakfast is poor, in about 5 days I want to howl or croak of the number of cooked boiled eggs, linen was changed once in 12 days - at first it was stained, then torn

Location, price, people working there, the pools, great view, Aya Napa, close to Nissi beach, all these things were great.
What was bad
The place is a bit old and some rooms seem to be maintained less while other rooms in the new part of the building are better. We booked with zen hotels and even though we paid for a premium double apartment, we got a lower grade apartment. Also, save your towel or bring your own, the room is cleaned every other day...
