For stays on or after January 1, 2021, citizens of Colombia and foreigners staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Foreigners on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note there is no air-conditioning available. Please note there are mosquito nets available upon request. Please note the massage services, yoga classes and tours are available for a surcharge. Please note the area is prone to power outages and there is no WiFi available. Please note that the property has a COP 30.000 surcharge for allowing the opening and consumption of alcoholic drinks that weren't acquired in the property's bar In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
