All citizens of Chile, regardless of the duration of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days may have to pay the national sales tax (19%) when checking out. To receive tax exemption, foreign citizens must pay for their stay upon entry in foreign currency (not Chilean pesos) or with a credit card issued abroad and present a valid passport along with the migration card they received upon entry into the country. If a person subject to paying the tax and another exempt from the same share a room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.

Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. Please note check in is available until 22:00. Guests arriving after this time must inform the property in advance or risk not being accommodated. No visitors are allowed. A surcharge of 15.000 CLP applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
