Late check-in is the arrival of a guest from 21:00 to 9:00.

When planning a late check-in, guests must notify the front desk of the guest house in advance, indicating the estimated time of arrival on the resource through which guests make a reservation. Also, this information can be provided by phone or by e-mail of the guest house. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive a return confirmation of the late check-in booking.

The reservation is valid until 05:00 PM, if the guests have not informed the hotel about the late check-in in advance.

From 21:00 to 09:00, check-in is carried out by the security service, which the guest must contact upon arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If guests are unable to contact the security service, there is a bell on the front door of the guest house, by calling which you can notify of arrival.

Pets are available upon request, as pet friendly rooms are limited, please contact the hotel to arrange. For accommodation with a pet, you must provide a veterinary certificate confirming your health and completed courses of necessary vaccinations, and you will also need to carry it. The cost of accommodation is BYN 50.00 per pet per day.
