Payable directly to the hotel by local residents only. Tourists will receive a refund for the VAT Tax, when they pay for their accommodations. To receive the refund, they must pay with a foreign credit card or provide their passport number and confirm their address.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. A hotel representative will contact you after booking to provide bank wire instructions, and check-in information. Please note that guests can check in from Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 6 pm, and on weekends and holidays from 9.30 am to 1 pm. Guests checking in outside front desk hours should inform the property in advance and will be charged an extra fee. Guests can contact the property by phone from Mondays to Fridays from 9.30 am to 6 pm. The administration is open from Mondays to Fridays from 9.30 am to 2 pm.
