Such a nice and affordable gem if you are traveling on a budget but still want a clean and cute hotel! They also offer complimentary breakfast at a nearby coffee shop (or room service if you pre-order approx 30 mins before). walking distance to any attraction in the city center. Colonial structure with great 360 degree view from the terrace.

Location and colonial style!

This hotel has a great location very near the central plaza.The rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean and roomy. We loved the courtyard for its quiet atmosphere. There is also a terrace so you get a taste of Antigua with a different view.

Antigua treasure

A great customer service and employee organization.The most notable is its location in the city center of Antigua Guatemala which allows you to visit all the tourist attractions and bars.

Apparently I have stayed here and written a review before. As my review was good the last time as well, it is nice to see things have not changed. The hotel is charming and very close to Central Park but far enough away that you don't have any noise. The front desk was very helpful as I was able to book transportation back to Tecpan where I am working right now for cheaper then I have in the past from Antigua even though it is a private taxi. The price was also quite good booked on hotels.com

Nice Hotel and Worth the Price

Pros: The hotel is clean, comfortable, has a good location. The shower is spacious and spacious. The customer service is good. The price ratio is satisfactory. Contras: Solicite three beds and a day before sent a mail requesting that you please make a list when you arrive. When we entered the room there were only two, the manager very cordially apologized and installed the beds 2 hours later. The breakfast has very little variety (only tea or coffee) and the fries served have no arrangement other than to be cooked.

Estate 

On 22 June 2017, via Booking, we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for the end of January 2018. We received the confirmation for this Resa. Today, 7 December, we receive an email directly from the hotel telling us that they were transferring us to their annex, the EuroMaya Hotel (without Suites). Without any further details, neither on the planned rooms (there are no windows in this annex) nor on the price, this hotel being not at all at the same level as the princeps. Unacceptable.

Unreliable booking

This hotel has spacious rooms that take away all the noise from the outside, a small green light and an efficient and tasty breakfast service, very close to the centre and the market, it also has on its side the best view of the volcano and the city's chains of fire.

Another great hotel in Antigua

Room number 2 is nothing we've hired for the booking.com The photos they post are totally different. It has a window in the courtyard which makes it very dark. The bed sheets are different and the bed sheets are very cut and worn. And the worst of all.... on the walls and ceiling there are corpses of mosquitoes crushed from the previous hosts. Blood stains of mosquitoes. On entering we found dozens of mosquitoes in the hatch and in the bathroom. a Pesadilla!!!! We mention the closed windows but the mosquitoes still appear. We've killed more than 50! No surprise the decoration in the walls. The only thing that saves you is the renovated bathroom, the lack of towels for the towels.

The bathroom is new and clean, the individual beds are clean but also, although the bedding is a little used, the room we were touching was not very spacious, but the attention of the staff is excellent, the breakfast is rich, and the people who attended us are very friendly, everything is close to the city, so you can walk.

EXCLENTES ESTANCIA is a very good service.

Very friendly personnel, this is our second time in EuroMayaSuites, but last time we went to another location (a better one from our opinion, because of the walking access, the actual location is a lonely street in the night for a pedestrian) 
This time the first room we had was nice and a larger bed, but too close to the street (a very noisy street) and a strong musty smell, We were then moved to a backyard room, the bed was a bit smaller but enough to sleep well.
The yard and the relax deck on the second floor were nice.
The only reason why we are not sure to come back is the lacks of cleaning, the bedding did not smell very good and the towels had a couple stains, we had to deal with some mosquitoes bites and a couple of noise guests.
