Overall the hotel is friendly, the place is very close to shops, restaurants, 5 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the bus stop. The pool is very clean and beautiful with the view of the mountains and quiet. The reception was good. On the other hand, the rooms are correct but we encountered a big problem in the showers, the siphon being clogged, I quickly clogged the water room leaving a toilet in the bathroom... Moreover, if you want to rest your way, the walls being poorly insulated we heard our neighbors go round their rooms while closing the doors.:) Apart from that, I recommend this hotel in terms of quality.

We spent two weeks here and loved every minute. Excellent location, and great value for money. We usually stay in Perissa each year but have found this location the best overall, short walking distance to shops, bus stop and beach. At the bottom of the hill too so not so much of a trek! The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, clean towels every day and bedding change every few days. The room is basic but had everything we needed - things such as hairdryer, beach towels, iron, utensils etc and was very convenient. The room also had a fridge, air conditioning and safe at no extra charge. Room 305 has a brilliant view of the blue dome church, we enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony in a morning and snacks of an evening with a great view. The pool area was a great size with enough sun beds, cleaned regularly during our visit. There is a small shallow pool too and shower. No issues with wi-fi even next to the mountain we had good connection when needed. Aside from all this the people are absolutely lovely and friendly.  Even the cleaners always said good morning with a smile on their faces, nothing was too much trouble. We had late check in and late check out - both they were very accommodating. We knew if we needed anything all we had to do was ask. Even if they were not around at reception you can contact via other means such as WhatsApp.  We want to thank you for being so kind and making it such a fantastic holiday. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back and stay again!

A little gem of a place!

It's pretty clean, with all the essential amenities, a comfortable terrace with a whiteboard and a small relaxing appetizer table after the beach, the swimming pool is big enough with a variety of seating options, it's a shame it doesn't have a bar/drinking area.

Who seeks quality/price: without claims.

It's a really nice structure in the center of Perissa, located 2 steps from the sea. The rooms are quite large, being a couple we asked for a double bed, but when we arrived we found 2 single beds attached, so very uncomfortable.

I'm not going to lie to you.

Looking for a budget option in Perissa for our three night stay, we decided on Letta Studios and are very glad we did! For the price, it's grea value. Very short walk from the bus station that take you to Oia or the port via Fira. It is the first bus stop in Perissa so you will be secured a seat on the bus. Of you want to visit ancient Thira then location is very convenient. A short walk to perissa beach, a spacious and chill beach with lot's of restaurants. Also very close to a good gyros place that's great for a quick snack, and a small supermarket. Breakfast included toast, fresh fruit, greek youghurt, bread, egg, cake, coffee/tea and some jam/butter packs.  Owners were helpful and friendly. Nice quiet pool area. New towels each day and we were also provided with small bottles of shampoo/lotion. If you are looking for a budget stay in Santorini,  I can recommend this one. Only negative is that we didnt have internet in our room most of the time, and staff smoking in area that guests are eating breakfast. Overall thanks for a great stay!

Great value in Santorini

Best wishes to Letta and Katerina. They met me with pleasure and helped in everything. Towels were changed every day, rooms clean, I got every time information. Location was perfect <3 Best recommendations!

Best holidays

We chose this facility for the cost and for the reviews, we didn't make a mistake little facility that doesn't claim to be a resort but, it doesn't have anything to envy other facilities. the rooms are CLEAN, every day towels and bathroom carpets are changed everything needed for the bathroom, napkins, beachclothes (of course not tin) but very comfortable and usable Breakfast was plentiful, the pool was clean and very usable the owners were super cute, they were always there but never awkward and annoying

Practically vacation

Just finished a lovely week at Studio Letta. The location of the studios is great, very close to Perissa beach which is gorgeous. The cliffs and surrounding scenery is really beautiful.   The setting is peaceful and set back from the main street but it's very  easy to get to the local shops/cafes /bars. There are some lovely beach bars to explore.

It's also close to Ancient Thera which is an interesting archeological site on top of the cliff that you can see next the hotel. 

The accomodation is no frills (which you expect for the great price! ) but spotlessly clean and well cared for. The pool area is beautiful and much more luxurious than I expected.   The studios have a patio/balcony area and a kitchenette with a fridge and hob. There were also slippers provided and toiletries which was an added touch I didn't expect.

If you are looking for an affordable base while you explore Santorini this is a great place to stay. I would recommend hiring a car to explore. 

Something useful to note is that the tap water in Santorini isn't drinkable so you need to buy bottled water . The owners of the studios kindly provide some bottled water for your arrival so you have some to tide you over before you go to the shops.

The family that run the studios are lovely people, very warm and welcoming. I felt very safe and at home there.  You can tell this is a family business and they really care about their customers, they service and clean the room for you every morning and leave fresh towels.The breakfast is very generous and  varied and served with a smile.     The whole experience was much more  personal and homely than a chain hotel.

Great location, great value for money.  Warm and welcoming hosts.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from the bus hub to Fira.l, but away from the noise of the evenings. Good breakfast, studio 101 is spacious, with swimming pool and small terrace in the back, cooking corner and fridge. Katerina is very kind and you can leave your luggage and spend the hours before the flight to the beach having a shower bathroom for departing customers at the reception. Straight recommended!

A week of dreams

I was very surprised the room very clean and beautiful, the terrace is fantastic with a nice pool. The breakfast is very abundant and very rich. Katerina and her mother are very generous. Katerina has helped me a lot and offered to take me to the port so I don't have to take so much bus and stress. Katerina thanks for everything! I hope everything goes well for you and I hope to return to Studios Letta! See you soon!
