Hotel is beautiful.  Service is exceptional!  Food at the restaurant is excellent and they cater to their guests.  Ask for John - he makes an amazing cafe mocha is give EXCEPTIONAL client service.  A+ experience!  The pool is beautiful with great outdoor space.  The front desk gave awesome recommendations and saved us $$ using taxied they ordered over the tour company.

Unfortunately , we had to cut short our trip due to air traffic controller strike in Greece and the hotel was very accommodating and understanding and refunded us partially which was appreciated.
Would highly recommend and will plan to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful time at the De Sol Spa Hotel! The staff were all very nice, accommodating, and provided excellent service. The resort grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. A fantastic view of the ocean can be seen all around. 

Our suite was large, clean, and the daily housekeeping was good. We went to the spa several times and the services provided were good, but surprisingly nothing special.  They offer a very good variety at breakfast. The outside restaurant has a nice view and the food was good. My only complaint is with the electronic music they play. It just wasn't appropriate for the restaurant at all. 

Overall, the service was great and the money was well spent. I highly recommend the De Sol Spa Hotel.

Fantastic hotel no faults. Rooms just great bed was very comfortable and style homely. Very clean. Staff extra friendly nothing was to much trouble  and predicted needs. Spa one of the best. Restaurant extraordinary. Would not hesitate to book again. Much more than 5 stars.

We loved our stay at De Sol, Fira, honestly one of my favourite hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms are lovely, huge comfy beds, good aircon, gorgeous white marble floor in the hotel and the staff are all so lovely. The pool is beautiful, great view and so quiet, always plenty sunloungers. More sunloungers are available with a view overlooking the sea and shallow foot dipping pool. There is also the more expensive sister hotel across the road which overlooks the sunset and you can go for drinks. The food and drink is amazing, a little bit pricey but expected for the quality of hotel. Only suggestions are the wifi can be a little slow at times and it would be good if the hotel recycled. The hotel is a bit further out (30 min walk or 5 min taxi ride from Fira) but free shuttle buses run 5x per day from the hotel to Fira and back. Taxis can be expensive in Santorini (€15 for 5 minute ride) so it’s better to plan around the shuttles if possible. The staff are all so accommodating and go out their way to help. Breakfast is included in the price and there is so much option and iced lattes are included. Also they have plant based milk alternatives such as oat and almond!! Highly recommend De Sol and we will be back next time we return to Santorini!

The accommodations were the best of all the hotels in Athens, and the islands in Milos, Santorini, and Mykonos.  They have the best breakfast buffet by far at their 7 Seas Restaurant. The only buffet that had a vast assortment of food that was served hot and flavorful of all the places we stayed. Most of the others had cold egg dishes and breakfast meats. Their dinner menu is 5 star! We had dinner and dessert and it was top notch! The pool area was also beautiful with a wonderful view of Santorini. 

Amazing hotel just a little bit outside the main town area of fira with free shuttle offered several times a day to and from the centre. Very clean rooms and common areas, and super helpful staff. 

Would absolutely re book this and recommend to anyone staying in fira 

Fab hotel with great service. The breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from👌 We booked a transfer from the airport through the hotel and this worked perfectly although we had a 4 hour delay.  If you arrive after 11pm the resturant and bar is closed at the hotel and there is nothing near by to grab food or drink from. The free transfer to Fira worked really well for us. Drinks at the hotel are expensive and they only issue you 1 small bottle of water on arrival complimentary. I personal thought being a 5 star that tea, coffee, milk and water should have been provided but there is a lidl down the road to get supply's. Visiting the sister hotel opposite Volcano view is a must as the view from there are fabulous. We had a couple of very nice but expensive cocktails in there, but we'll worth it for the view at sunset. Both hotels lacked a vibe at night, although we went out of season so I am sure this isn't always the case. This was perfecf for us as we was wanting a relaxing break. Only criticism is that although we booked a triple room we only had 2 seats to sit outside. I had to ask twice for a second chair as it was taken away. 

The hotel and all of the staff were so professional, organised, friendly and helpful.

The food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was first class and the cocktails to go with dinner were a treat!  The dining room staff went out of their way to make a great meal really special.

The location was a little way out of Fira but a very pleasant 25 minute walk with well made pedestrian pavements all the way.

Lovely hotel, very clean nice sun loungers delicious breakfast. Staff very helpful. Expensive cocktails and very quiet at night. Lovely but overpriced spa. 

The best part was that we are able to use facilities at volcano view across the road which had breathtaking views of the caldera.
