The petite palace hotel was the highlight of our trip to Greece. We had a remarkable time. Kostas and his staff were outstanding. They were professional and catered to all of our needs. The hotel is situated in a perfect position on Santorini. The views and the sunsets were remarkable. The restaurant and food was among the best in Santorini. The amenities and the logic accommodations were exceptional. We would definitely return for our next adventure at the petite Palace.

Santorini Visit

We loved the Petit Palace and can not say enough how much we loved our stay there. The Hotel Manager, Kostas Gousis  and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Anything we needed was taken care of, no questions asked. We sincerely appreciate and thank them for everything they did to make it a memorable vacation.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable with magnificent views and the pool was awesome. The restaurant was great. We had the included breakfast every morning which was awesome.  We also had some lunches and dinner. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. It could not be any better.

We strongly recommend the  Petit Palace  to anyone  looking to visit Santorini.

Awesome Hotel

Could not recommend this place enough. Rooms and service were exceptional and they let us stay longer as our flight wasn't leaving till later in the day at no additional costs. Food and drinks are also amazing! The property also offers shuttle service to the airport or port and breakfast.

Amazing Property and Amazing staff

Our stay was really great. 
Above all expectations and better than the pictures. It is super well located in the island : close to the port but quiet and not far from the busy fira 
There is a magical view from all the spacious rooms and the commons. The team was charming and very helpful. The breakfast inclused in the Price was royal and à la carte   the restaurant Elia for dinner was vert good.  In addition the concierge service for info logistics delivering scooters quads etc at the door of the hotel was the cherry on the cake  All superb 👍. 
Quality price exceptional. 10/10 !

Outstanding hotel. Go no further !

Pretty small hotel , with a lovely pool and views that are so stunning .  Ideal situation from either airport  or ferry port .   The bar is so gorgeous , with a great cocktail menu . Also the restaurant, in the evening , the food was great . They also do a pool menu for the day .  The breakfast , there is so much choice to order from your table .  We only stayed the one night , as we had an onward journey the next day , but we will return and stay for longer as its such a calm place to stay , with the staff being so attentive and friendly .

A pretty as a picture, little hidden treasure

It was my 3rd time to Santorni (over 3 yrs) & this my 4th Hotel to stay in, I stayed here for 4 nights.

To say the least it did not disappoint! The location & views from the hotel was spectacular! 

My room was beautiful & had everything I needed, breakfast every morning was lovely & fresh & I also had dinner & lunch there & also was amazing.

However, the thing that made my stay here fantastic was the staff from the moment I arrived I felt so welcome, special shout out to Fotini, Vagos, Panos & Vladimir the bartender who makes the best cocktails ever.

Also you can clearly see that the professionalism & attention to detail flows down from the manager Kostas.

I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Hotel & Staff

I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels worldwide, but this experience surpassed them all. The service was beyond anything I've encountered before, and it’s all thanks to the incredible team, especially the two Kostas, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable.

The views from the hotel are breathtaking, and the made-to-order breakfast was not only delicious but offered a wide variety to suit any palate.

On the night of Ifestia, we had a late flight and the hotel was fully booked, but they still managed to arrange a free taxi and a shower for us at their sister hotel down the road. They even organized drivers to pick us up right after the fireworks display, which completely removed any stress and allowed us to fully enjoy our final day.

A cheeky P.s :) To the Americans we met at petit palace… sorry we didn’t get a chance to say goodbye! Hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Santorini and had an amazing time in Mykonos :)

Exceptional Service, Stunning Views, and a Perfect End to Our Trip

I visited Santorini for a week staying at three hotels and sadly this hotel was our last stop and we honestly didn’t want to leave. 
The location is perfect for accessing everywhere on the island and the room was very spacious and immediately felt comfortable and the pool was really nice, all things you can find in other accommodation on the island. Petit Palace has two standout qualities, the views are breathtaking and you get to experience them where ever you are in the hotel and the staff are all amazing and operating at a higher level to all else we experienced during our visit in other hotels and restaurants. 
Kostas the manager and also Kostas in reception were the real jewels in this hotels crown. Kostas on reception went out of his way to accommodate our needs for the last day and was the reason we booked in and Kostas the manager the reason we choose to dine here and invite family to join us there to dine and watch the volcano anniversary festival and fireworks. 
Honestly this hotel is one of my favourites I have stayed in during all my travels not just Greece and when I find the time to visit Santorini again I will be booking here and for all my stay, I will also be telling all family and friends as this place is a must when on the island.

Great hotel, great location, great views, great for sunsets and staff are amazing,

My cousin and I visited this fabulous boutique resort in May to celebrate our birthdays.   It was far beyond anything we imagined.  As soon as you step out of the taxi you are transported to another world.  Exquisite views, outstanding service and overall excellent experience.   The staff never stopped impressing us from knowing our names at breakfast, at the room in a few minutes if  we asked for anything, to delicious food served by friendly and excellent staff.  
The location is perfect, remote enough to not be in the middle of high traffic tourist spots but easy to get to Fira or Oia.  I highly recommend splurging to have a jacuzzi.   Something about a glass of wine to watch the sun set over the caldera was magical.   
I have worked in the travel /hotel industry my entire career.  I admit I am fussy when it comes to hotels...this was truly the best staff I ever observed  which is what makes your stay perfect.  The hotel is great and rooms are very clean and spacious.  I admit, I beamed when we were dropped off after a catamaran tour and all the people on the shuttle said " WOW, wish we stayed here".   Book it!!!

Perfection

Very good location, close to all points of interests (famous sunset, etc), although Santorini is small. Good quality of the premises. I would have use some more shadow options whereas the sun some times was to much. The staff is kind and responsive. The Manager Costa was watching like a captain on the upper deck and he was always ready to help and serve customers. He brought an additional umbrella for us from the public pool. Even the breakfast was kind of an original homework to be filled every day I would have enjoyed some more options. The staff of the kitchen were flexible to create also something reasonable aside of the menu. The external partner (taxi-Renos) was very professional and comparable in pricing with others. Maybe a suggestion, in a hotel of this level (cost) bottles of water should be included more generous especialy having in mind the hight temperatures, but is just an idea. We ocuppied two suites, but in one some night noises (AC?) were continously present. Notwithstanding, the experience in Petit Palce was good for the island of Santorini. Thank you!
