If you plan holidays in Santorini this is the best place to stay!! Is close to the beach, close to the bakery and they have an amazing restaurants and bars around!! Thank you so much to make my holidays more than special. For sure I’ll be back!!!

Holidays!

This is our second time in Almyra Villa Apartments, excellent service, clean rooms and very close to the beach.. The owner Yourgus is very kind always looking after his guests, we didn’t regret at all! Highly recommended!!!! 

Holiday in Santorini

I stayed with my friends in Almyra Villa during our holidays in Santorini. Everything was very nice: big room with terrace . Good location just 10 min by walk from the black beach, and 1 min from the bus stop to Fira. Walking on the main road you can find many restaurants and bars for every price and age and the same you can find on the beach. Family is very friendly and kind. He explained us every details about the island and how to go for each part and also he arrange for us the taxi from the airport to the hotel. Yorgos sister prepared us a tasty Greek cake. was a delicious surprise! I highly recommend this place to stay if you visit Perrisa and definitely we will be back.

Holidays

We were here for two days and one night with a friend of mine yesterday. The lady is very kind and welcoming as few! Very close to the supermarket, restaurants, bus stop and the beach! All within 2 minutes walking distance! The beaches are full of families and their children who are a bit loud for my taste, but the sea is really nice. The only sin was the bathroom vacuum cleaner that was automatically activated with the bathroom light..which was losing dust!!! In 5 minutes you can reach the islands and... very cute and frequented by boys. So highly recommended!!!

Nice and in a good position

Almyra Villa is a family run place, 10 min walk from the Perissa beach. We had a family room for 4 as studio. The beds were single. The place was clean & Mr. Yorgos was kind & helping. This place is a excellent choice if you want to stay away from Fira or oia. The bus station as well as discount super market is close.

Close to Perissa beach

We stayed in Almyra Villa for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. The host Yorgos was very nice and helpful and the room was always spotlessly clean. This is a family-owned villa, with a great location. Far enough from the busy main street in Perissa so that you can enjoy sitting on your terrace in the evening but close enough to the beach (less than 10 minute walk). There is a 24-hour bakery and a bus stop nearby. The villa offers a generous parking space if you decide to rent a car. Perissa beach was one of the best on the island, quiet, clean and spacious, with lots of facilities. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great choice in Perissa

I stayed in this hotel from 12 to 18 June; my wife and I appreciated the cleanliness and tranquility of the place. The price ratio is very good and allows a cheap holiday on a beautiful island.

Good position Good value for money

Almyra Villa is a great place to stay in Santorini. I loved the location, far away enough from the main road to guarantee you a good night sleep, yet close to all services (including the bus stop) and only 12-13 minutes walk from the black beach.
I also liked that Almyra Villa is not a big hotel, but a family-run business, with very kind and efficient staff. A special thank you to Yorgos for all his kind help and to his brother for making the room spotless every day.
The studio I stayed in was extremely spacious, very light and had a nice balcony with useful a table and two chairs.
You are provided with a fridge, a kettle, a hot plate, and some very basic kitchenware, but I think you can only cook very simple stuff with that.
If I have to name some downsides, I would say 1) the walls are very thin and you can hear what is going on next door; 2) there is not double bed, but only two single beds put one next to the other (proper beds not just two single mattresses).
Despite these minor issues, I would definitely recommend Almyra Villa and I hope I will be able to stay here again in the future!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this wonderful place for the whole duration of our two weeks stay at Santorini and we were really impressed with the warm welcome from the host and his family!We felt very welcomed from start to finish and we were very satisfied with the quality of the services they provided for us!The room was located in walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants and bars of perissa beach!Overall we had an amazing stay and we really recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful and relaxed holiday!

Wonderful place

Santorini is a wonderful island with a single, great defect: it is expensive. So, for the choice of accommodation I started the search a few months earlier, concurrently with the booking of the flight. Almyra Villa was the perfect solution. Located a short distance from the beautiful beach of Perissa (the one that we liked most for the excellent compromise between charm and services), from a bakery open 24 hours a day and from a small market, offers a few well-equipped monoloid rooms, in a famous environment. Some simple to find, consulting the indications related to the structure on our booking.com portal: once we arrived in Perissa, at the crossroads located immediately after the bakery and the small market, a very small amount of information is needed to turn to the left (which can be very nice) from a small shower that has been provided by someone during the night, and a small bathroom that has been provided by the hotel, but the hotel has a very nice room, but we have found a very convenient accommodation in our hotel room, but also a very small room with a very nice bathroom, but also a very
