My wife and I stayed here with another couple. The units are beautiful and roomy, but there are some basic problems. First of all, the two bedrooms upstairs have no doors and the stair leading to them is very noisy. Also, the ceiling is very low. I couldn't stand up in the bedrooms.  
In addition, they advertise free parking, but when you get there they say that they mean you can park on the street.  
Lastly we had asked to check in early. They said to see beforehand if the room was ready. We called before coming and they said "Come". The room was not ready and we had to wait. Couldn't they just have said to come later?

Wonderful . . . when you're awake and sitting

The hotel is very close to fira ( capital of the island ) and easy to find it. 
You need only 2mins by car/bike to Fira or 15mins away on foot. 
Close to the hotel ( 5mins walk) you can find atm, super market, 24h bakery and some traditional coffee shops & restaurants. The room was very clean, bright and spacious . We took the 2floor room (room No.9) and it was just amazing. On the first floor was the living room/kitchen and the bathroom and on the second floor was the bedroom with a double king size bed. It looked like it was recently renovated. 
The stuff was very friendly and ready to provide any assistance at any time. 
The exterior was very nice.Every room has it s own small balcony and the garden was open at all times for you to relax. 
If you stay away till early morning you can enjoy marvelous sunrise view from the balcony.

Last but not the leaste, If you need it, the hotel provide rent a car/bike services and daily tours information. 

I suggest it.

Very good choice !! Value for money!

Perfect stay of 4 nights, very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, nickel climate, housekeeping and changing towels daily and in addition the manager is always available quickly if needed.

Apartment 4 in a nice residence not far from the capital Fira. Very clean, changing all the towels every day even if folded clean on the bed; spacious and bright, with a delightful terrace overlooking the sea and the domes of the churches of Karterados.

Let's start by saying that I don't put 5 stars easily... but if there were more stars I would gladly put them in this place. Wisteria is located in the central part of the island so all the locations are easily reachable in 20 minutes. Quiet and discreet place we were super happy for the honest price too since as you can see from the photos it's a mini apartment complete with everything including the toast. Apart from all the staff is very generous because on arrival we were given all the useful information about the island in order to have a nice vacation. But we come to the most important point: cleanliness. They clean every day and they change the towels every day without any time restrictions. Perfect, really recommended.

It's spectacular.

We stayed in the apartment with balcony no.1.A spacious apartment with a large bedroom and living area with a private balcony with a table, two chairs and a stand.The bathroom is equipped with a small shower and the dock has the low-seat attachment.The reception is active from 8am to 4pm.If your flight leaves late you need to look for another baggage solution, otherwise there is an extra charge but we thought it was excessive.The location is good and quiet only 5 minutes from Fira (by motorbike), it is also convenient to reach the other destinations on the island.The Wi-fi works well.

Good location

I spent 3 nights in this amazing one bedroom house.  
They tidied up the room every day, the rooms and bathroom were spotless. 
Reception was very nice, the guy was polite and keen to explain everything. We were given 2 maps and all the instructions needed to get around the island.
I would definitely go back to wisteria apartments.

Good value for money

The location is strategic, located in Karterados, a short distance from Fira. We rented a scooter (the facility contacted us with a rental, good price and the convenience of leaving it on site), but wanting there is a bus stop not far away.

It's a great solution.

We stayed here for one night on the way to another island: a couple with two kids aged 10 and 11. Our apartment was a great size with a kitchenette, large balcony and two bedrooms in the attic. There is air conditioning and the place was clean. My main comment is that the apartments are located on a side road and it is a ten minute walk uphill to get to even the nearest shop or place to eat. It’s in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Great if you have a car but not so good if you don’t as you have to buy water etc. 

Lovely place but not great location

Just right and perfect apartment x to stay on this beautiful island without spending an eye of the head, the family that runs the houses is kind and Paolina sunny and available. I also recommend it as a location near fira, you can reach on foot and the center of the island x visit it all. I hope to come back 😍
