this is a young person villa, or we didnt see anyone else, badly administered by someone who doesnt really knows about hotels. someone did made something good out of aranging the rooms, but thats it! 1. when entering the room, there is a strong smell. chimical one. 
2. the receptionist said brakefast at 9. the first morning, all of the guests were outside waiting at 9.30. the employee was fighting with two broken umbrellas, from which the arms were falling down! the children were at danger! 
3. we had not sheet cover, it came the following day.
4. the tv is the smallest I have ever seen. 
5. the first night, the music was so high to get customers, no one came... 
6. there is no reception,I think it can be considered a bar!  
7. there are lots of games for small children, which were making repetative noises like motorcicles driving a highway...  ?! 
8. lots of other noises in the room, beside the cars passing right in front of the rooms, the refrigirater is non stop charging with a very poluting noise. imagine by night! 
9. the breakfast was so low, we had to fight with the other guests for two eggs :). so little variation too.
thank you! this accomodatio will not be recommended for my friends.

Shattered hopes and expectations in the Deluxe Philoxenia Beach

Initially we thougt that how such a hotel has been take excellent points from the guests. Because there was no rezervation desk, meanwhile there was no security. We saw only two ladies care about cafe. 
But now we understood that any lock can protect you from bad-guys. The surroundings of the hotel very quiet, safe, and relaxing. You may find some cafes and restaurants in very close environment. Also, you may drive 10 minutes to Stavros or Asprovalta to reach lots of seafood restaurants.
Hotel is just 10 meters to the bright and clear Agean sea, and large thin-sand beach. Rooms are clean and tidy. There is a small cou terto stove (cooker) and small refrigerator in the room. Maybe you'll not need but there is an air-conditioner, also.  Bathroom is a little bit small, but it's clean, and hot water is instant (thanks go sun-enegy). They provide very very clean white towels to use indoor not for seaside.
There are lots of sun-umbrella and sunbeds used by hotel's guests.
Breakfast was really enough. They serve cheese, boiled egg, fried egg, butter, jam, honey, fried egg-bread, cake, sliced ham, bread, fruits, coffee, and teabag. 
If you seek for additional services and facilities such as bar, lounge or room service which mean money stay away from this hotel. But if you want to waste good times with hour family particularly if you have little kids this is your place. Just take a glass of wine or cold beer at the balkony with a large view while your kids sleeping inside :)

Holiday without problem

I'm going to try to collect in this review some of the little things that took me the hardest before the trip. 1 - You can get from Thessaloniki to the hotel on your own, but it's not very easy. The bus goes from the main bus station Ktel Macedonia, from 8 platforms, towards Stavros-Asprovalta. And it takes two hours, going to all the surrounding villages. It costs 4 euros per person. Then you'll have to walk a kilometer straight from the stop to the hotel. 2 - Paralia Vrasna (or Nea Vrasna, they're pretty much the same) - a quiet and quiet place, compared to the two nearby Stavros.

It's a wonderful place.

5 meters to the beach where you can enjoy a full day on the sea. Free sunbeds and umbrellas for the hotel customers. Very satisfactory breakfast - if still hungry you can ask for more. Large and comfortable rooms overlooking the beach with a small kitchenette if you fancy cooking and eating in your room. Otherwise, you can have lunch and dinner on site. Free parking available. Better to book your room in advance.
