Great for a couple days stay! Amazing, friendly host in the centre of the town a short walk from the port. Walkable to beaches and a range of great local shops and restaurants with friendly neighbours. Not too noisy as other reviews suggest, even in high season. 

Great place to stay in central Skopelos! 

Seaview room 203 with lovely view, was spotless, very Greek and very comfortable with aircon inc. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly.  The breakfast was delicious. Two nights but wish it had been more . Absolutely would recommend to anyone who loves Greece . Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely hotel .

Typically  Greek .Perfect .

I and a friend stayed here for four nights.  Just a few minutes from the port, the hosts were friendly and helpful.  The rooms, are traditional, and dependant on your choice (garden rooms, cool but maybe smaller, sea view rooms, brighter and slightly bigger), are perfectly adequate, with fridge, tv etc, comfy beds and balconies/terrace.  The bathrooms are spacious for usual greek standards, and look to have been recently updated, and well thought out.  Quiet area, and a great stay.

Pleasant stay and value for money

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday to Skiathos and decided to get the ferry to Skopelos for a couple of days to do the obligatory "Mamma Mia!" tour and see the island.
Having looked on TripAdvisor, we discovered the Hotel Anelli, and booked if for the both nights at a very reasonable price. We were not disappointed.
The hotel is within very easy walking distance of the ferry port, and is situated in a small side street. There are signposts, but I still needed to ask a couple of people for directions.
Rooms are basic and spotlessly clean, and the views of the mountains and the sea from our room were stunning. We had breakfast on the second morning which is served to you for the princely sum of €5 each, and we were very happy with what we were given.
We had eggs, bread, biscotti, unlimited coffee, cheese pies, honey and jam. We were offered more, which we politely declined, and all served in the outside courtyard.
Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent find and excellent price

Small hotel run by attentive hosts. Great location. Within a five minute walk from the port of Skopelos. Not fancy, but clean with all the needed amenities. Ask for a room on the second floor. Offers a view of the bay.

Value for money indeed

This is a lovely hotel and excellent value for money.  It is quiet sparkling clean.  The first day after I came back the room was made up perfect and left spotless.  There was a Nigerian lady working there who was constantly cleaning and the fresh smell was lovely.  Also you open out your windows to fresh air and lemon and lime trees all round.  The lovely Nigerian lady is do helpful.  I had a wonderful stay in a fabolous hotel.  The rooms are very big great bathroom air condition and heat provided.  You cantvgo wrong with this hotel...  I highly recommend it and it's just up the hill from the port and bus stop and taxis and town centre...

Beautiful Boutique hotel

Spent one night during a short visit to Skopelos. The hotel is located in the center of town, on a side street. Upgraded from a budget room and got a big balcony overlooking a beautiful view of the sea and the town. 
The room is small but with fridge, hair dryer and a safe. 

Friendly and clean

When I booked the specific hotel, I chose it specifically because in the description it was clearly stated that the hotel offers free on site parking. Unfortunately, that is not the case. There is an extremely steep and narrow road nearby and the owners don't allow any car to be parked by the hotel. We had a wedding and a christening to attend and had a lot to carry and to do a lot of rounds and we needed to have a parking on site. When we discussed this with the owners, the owners became offensive and told us that the description is correct and that if we decide to leave, they would charge us 50%. I checked with booking.com and they did not have the conditions of the hotel when I booked, but only the updated ones. I felt I was cheated. Eventually, while check in starts form 2pm, the owner charged me 50% without even checking with me whether we would eventually stay there! We booked two rooms and left strayed to find another hotel the last minute. I have never experienced such a bad hotel service and this is not typical Greek.
