The Diamantis Studios are a great apartment/studio facility in or above the city of Skiathos. The hosts are very nice and helpful, despite the current situation, they have taken all the security precautions for themselves and us, yet the studio has cleaned up and changed the towels and have always been very friendly and also had one or the other tip. The next supermarket is about 5-10 minutes' walk to the city. About 15-20 minutes' drive to the airport is also about 10-15 minutes' drive, the car can be parked in the garden. The studios were spacious with a bathroom, a beautiful balcony overlooking the city of Skiathos and the sea and a small kitchen kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a lot of kitchen equipment, but to get to the city of Vientiane, there is also a beautiful ski resort and there is also a nice place to visit.

Great studios, great hosts, great island.

Okay, the place is not the best but if you have chosen it is mainly because of the price. This premise is because when we leave a review we should be objective and therefore always keep in mind the cost. It is obvious that the more you pay the more you can claim. The property is located near the bus stop no.3 and near a supermarket very well supplied and with excellent prices. To get to the center it takes less than 10 minutes to walk. The rooms have the minimum necessary, the change of sheets and towels is done every 2 days, while the cleaning of the room and especially the bathroom every day.

It's a nice place.

We stayed in one of these apartments for five nights. The room had two single beds. We had requested the double one. The kitchen area with the minimum necessary with dirty dishes and worn pots. The electric plate with unopened cables. The bathroom without a closed shower area was lit up whenever we washed, a really consistent cornet. The towel replacement was not there until we asked for it.

Structure immersed in a bucolic context sinking the interiors

We came here as a family for a week long stay. Upon arriving, we were greeted by the owner George. He was ever so friendly and accommodating and he made sure our trip was going smoothly throughout. He even arranged the transport for us to and from the airport. The room was on the more basic side, but it had all the essentials we needed to have a great holiday. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly everyday and our towels were even arranged in mermaid and beach-themed shapes by the cleaner- such a lovely touch😊The hotel is also home to around 10 cats, all of which are adorable but slightly timid. If you do stay at this hotel, please make the effort to show these animals affection or lay some food out for them!! The pool was lovely and just the right temperature😁If i were to return to Skiathos, I would definitely come back to this hotel! :)

Lovely Holiday

Stayed here albeit for only a couple of nights , I broke my ankle so had to move into town .....anyway back to the studios,
We were greeted by George the owner after a short transfer from the airport, he didn’t ask to see passports or anything, just showed us to our room ...number 6 . This is up quite a hill and some stairs , this shouldn’t be a problem if you are reasonably active , the room was basic , yet clean , nice sized balcony with a fabulous view of Skiathos town .
We walked into town the first night and it took 5 /10 minutes , there is a taverner on route , a supermarket and a health centre ! 

Back to the studios , there is a nice pool area , with a bar that opened in the afternoon......we didn’t struggle to get a bed.

All in all the Diamanté’s is good value for money , it is a typical Greek studios, if you are expecting 5 star accommodation then this is not for you , but for a peaceful, charming , basic clean and very good value then give it a try 
I will certainly be back , once ankle mended ! 

Typically Greek fabulous views

Our 3rd visit to these studios. Almost had the place to ourselves. Rooms are basic but we like that and were kept spotlessly clean.Lovely pool area amongst the fruit and olive trees. Views are to die for expecially if you are in the upper apartments. The price for the view is the hill but we always get ourselves a scooter so no problem for us. Owner George is a character and always around if you needed some help. We love the place!!

Relaxing, Rural and Greek

Very quiet location on a hill overlooking the city 5 minutes from the city centre and 10 minutes from the airport the owner is friendly and friendly Giorgio very clean, pleasantly equipped with air conditioning and private balcony has a comfortable and nice swimming pool with green mosaic flooring we will definitely be back recommended Alessia and Omar

This is not the case.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable few days staying at Diamantis Studios.
The price was so reasonable that we were not expecting too much but the hospitality and location surpassed our expectations.
The views from our top floor room were amazing and we had the pool to ourselves most days.
We enjoyed the 20 minute stroll into beautiful Skiathos Town and bus stop 3 was just at the end of the track - ideal for exploring all the beaches easily accessed by the reliable bus service.
I actually felt quite sad to leave when George the owner came out to wave us off.
Don't hesitate to book these studios if you want clean, basic accommodation at a reasonable price.

Lovely relaxing location

The accommodation is very very basic - particularly the shower - not enough room to even stand and you have to hold the shower yourself.  The service is next to nothing.  Pool bar does not serve food and is only open in the afternoon.  There is a trek and a half to get to your room up a very very steep hill.  Only suitable for fit people.  You even have to drag your suitcases up this steep hill on arrival.

Experience

We arrived and were immediately greeted by the kindness of the owner who noticed our delay, immediately rushed to look for us to help us with the suitcases. The very genuine structure is located on a hill and inhabited by many cats and chickens who gently accompany your stay. Cleanliness, kindness and discretion are the orderly words of this stay. PS the owner and his wife as Greek very cordial and sweet as their chickens.
