We booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms and one linving room and at the location, it was only an apartment with one bedroom and a living room with a double bed and a sofa. It was inadequate accomodation for two couples.We booked elsewhere,but it was more expensive as it was high season. Be careful!

Incorrect description

I recommend this accommodation without no second thoughts!!!
The owner is very kind and willing to serve each customer everything. The rooms are clean and the price/service ratio is exceptional. Finally, the view is amazing and the location is ideal for vacations!!!

Great Choice!!!

We stayed 3 nights, in an apartment on the ground floor. The room was very large, complete with everything (fridge, air conditioner, kitchen, coffee maker). The quality of sleep is good, even though it is close to the runway of Skiathos airport, also because the last flight leaves at 22:00, the first around 7:00 pm. In front of the apartment there are tables, which unfortunately we used little for bad weather. The WI-FI signal is great, with the modem right inside the room. The owners are kind and always available.

We were on this holiday in Skiathos and we chose to stay in Villa Xanemos, where we were very nice!!! The reception of Stelios and Michalis (the owners) was unique: always available and close to us but at the same time particularly discreet! The villa is two-storey, ground floor with two apartments with garden-atrium where there are tables and umbrellas, and a single floor above, beautiful and large with terazzo unism! It's all very clean and neat. There is air conditioning and wi-fi. The thing that fascinated me the most were the planes that I stopped to look at them always. I would recommend Villa Xan to anyone: it's perfect for families, friends, the other one is very close to the car.

Unforgettable holidays!

I stayed in Villa Xanemos with friends, starting with saying that the owners who are two brothers are very kind and available people, attentive to all our needs and demands. The villa develops in two floors, ground floor with two apartments with atrium/terrace with tables and umbrellas, and the upper floor ((very nice and large apartment), the area ė very quiet...only a few aircraft rams since it is located near the airport.

Exceptional stay

We stopped here in July and rented the whole upstairs villa for the three of us - myself , my partner and my 15 yr daughter. We are seasoned travellers to Skiathos having stopped in many hotels and villas in Skiathos, usually around the town, and this accommodation was lovely. We were met at the airport by the owner and taken to the villa with a thoughtful supermarket stop to pick up essentials. It was spacious and airy with traditional furniture and decor. Just like staying at a Greek's home. 2 good sized double bedrooms (one with twin beds) with fitted wardrobes and french doors with traditional shutters on to balcony areas. The whole villa, to be honest with you, was surrounded by balcony areas catch the days sunshine, with lots of places to sit and enjoy breakfast or a glass or two at the end of the evening. The villa also included a fully fitted kitchen and dining table. Off the beaten track - perhaps the only downside was that there was no sign identifying the house name so we did have trouble occasionally with people finding us - taxis, car hire etc... but right next to a very quiet beach (not Xanemos beach - another one) and if you enjoy plane spotting you will be in heaven. The runway is on your doorstep, and from the elevated position you have prime viewing from your balcony. Don't let this put you off this actually added to the holiday experience for us. 20 mins walk in Skiathos town but pretty much down hill and a couple of stops to have a drink at the windmill bar and checkout the runway passes the walk quickly. 6  eu taxi back. Villa cleaned every day and pretty spotless and the owner and his twin brother were on hand throughout the week if we had any questions without being intrusive. They even gave us a little jar of Skiathos sweets and wine on our departure. If you are looking for a traditional truly Greek home from home and want to be near Skiathos town but not within the hustle and bustle (and don't mind planes!) then you can't go wrong with Xanemos Villa!

We were at Skiathos for the first time and stayed at Xanemos Villa for 10 days, it was like feeling at home. The villa is very beautiful, very clean, completely immersed in that green and those perfumes that only this beautiful island can give. The strategic location of the villa offers absolute relaxation away from the chaotic hustle and bustle of the town, remaining however a few minutes from the center. The rooms are spacious equipped with all the comforts, from the double bed, to a large bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and several outdoor spaces frazzles and corners, all equipped with tables and umbrellas where you can enjoy the clean moments of tranquility. The rooms are very clean, the white permanence is made available to the villa as well as the rooms. But what this villa has made our guests especially worried about every year, we will certainly not be able to choose between our two beautiful beaches and the best beaches, thanks to our family and our family.

The unforgettable stay.

We stayed there twice, two years ago and last year. it is a beautiful villa, vith large rooms, a very nice dining room + kitchen and a very large terrace overlooking the countryside.  The house was airy and fresh in spite of the warm weather. There was a large and almost desert beach at just 200 mts. Stelios, the owner, was absolutely kind and would help us for any problems!  Fabulous stay....
