A week's stay in August, an excellent experience. Owners Nikos and Ourania are very kind, friendly and available for everything, always present and friendly. Spacious apartment with large balconies, with simple but functional furnishing, perfect for a family like ours with 2 children aged 4 and 8 years. Air-conditioned rooms. In my opinion I would only add mosquito nets. Beautiful garden. Perfect location, out of the chaos of the city (reachable in just over 10 minutes by bus or by your own means) 5 minutes' walk from the beautiful beach of Troulos, less than a minute's walk from shops, bus stop, cafes, taverns, etc.. quality/price ratio right, but the availability of the owners is not a little plus!

It's like home!

Another fabulous stay with Rania and Nikos. We have been coming to stay at Villa Ourania now for four annual stays in June...and the reason we return each time is...as well as the apartments, the lovely Villa surroundings and the perfectly practical locality in Troulos, Rania and Niko are just the best hosts. Friendly, helpful, kind and make you feel completely at home.

Authentic and friendly 

Stayed with a group of 4 people in an apartment 2 bedrooms on the last floor from 14 to 21 August 2018. Sitting in accordance with the descriptions on the web. Good daily cleaning and change of sheets and towels. Sufficient space, discrete accommodation for living also self-catering. Bathroom of sufficient size with SOLA bathtub (no shower). Efficient air conditioning in the bedrooms (if needed). Typically insulated climate cool and ventilated even on the hottest days. You can easily get away without weather thanks to pleasant natural ventilation. Perfect structure position to choose to stay out of the most exotic centers and perfect for the best beaches (personal). and available very friendly and friendly system for every visit.N/ql auto-complete system for 10 minutes / 15 minutes.

Clean and as described

We stayed in this building from July 6th to 9th and we had a very good time. A spacious apartment with two bedrooms and a beautiful large terrace with a garden view. Thanks to the green surrounding the building we never turned on the air conditioner.

Acceptance and Sympathy

The great availability of Nicos and Ourania was seen from the moment we arrived, since the airline had lost the luggage. They were very available everywhere, from finding a way to get around the island to helping us with the luggage! We were like home, and we hope to return soon :) Very nice accommodation near the less ventilated beaches and delicious restaurants!!! Stefania and Giuseppe

An unforgettable vacation.

We stayed in Villa Ourania in August. The property is a family run villa and the owners are very kind and available (they also took us to the airport). The room is comfortable, carefully clean and with all the necessary things (paddles, plates etc... not always present in other apartments). The beaches are quickly accessible even on foot, for those further away the bus stop is practically outside the house. Skiathos town is about 10-15 minutes away and is equally easy to reach.

Family climate

Villa Ourania is in a strategic position: from Troulos you can easily reach all the beaches of the island and it is much quieter than Skiathos Town. The bus stop is two steps away, but if you want to go to the northern area you obviously need your own vehicle, car or scooter (ask for advice for renting from the owners, they will be happy to help you). The beach of Troulos can be reached in 10/15 minutes on foot. The apartments are simple, but comfortable and clean; the bathroom is a bit small, but the beds are large, with perfect mattresses (I think it's important to sleep well, especially on holiday); sheets and towels are often used. Wi-Fi and air conditioner, available, are very much changed.

Have a great vacation.

Situated just off the main road it's within easy reach of the bus stop and therefore everywhere in Skiathos . Rooms are comfortable, Nicos and Ourania friendly and helpful. You also get the use of a swimming pool at Nicos's brothers hotel nearby. We'll definitely return here, highly recommend it.

Great budget apartments.

We stayed there 7 days in August and we had nice holidays. The place is not modern but clean and quiet at night. (Even if the road is not that far) Garden is green and lots of flowers all over. Perfect if you want to rest. The situation is also good you can reach the best beaches around 5-10 min driving and same for skiathos town. Owners are very sympathetic and helpful they can help to rent car/scooter/boat they also drive you and pick you at airport which is really appreciated. We thank them for they help all along the holidays.
