What was good
We had a perfect vacation at the hotel. Starting with the warm and caring welcome at the reception, continuing with the breathtaking scenery (which is without a doubt one I have seen in my life). In my opinion, a good hotel (beyond the location and equipment) is one that takes care of the customer In everything he needs and even surprising beyond that. I know this was how our vacation in Pegasus was according to the fact that I remember the employees no less than the room, the experiences and the amazing view. We first met the reception representative - Peggy who did everything to make sure we got the best room, from Alex the bartender at the pool, to Sofia taking care of the spa. Another commendable employee is Johnny who is truly exceptional in the dining room (who went out of his way to make sure we had breakfast that matched my dietary restrictions). The reason I remember their names is because every time I felt the service was exceptional I glanced at their name tag to thank them personally. It was such an extraordinary vacation that I dreamed of before I left home and for that I thank from the bottom of my heart.
