Strongly recommend this place. It's quiet, clean,cool,friendly and easy to find (good location), with own parking space. The landlady is wonder woman-always kind, with a big friendly smile.

Amazing apartment, the owners run this business with a heart! I was unable to communicate with Anastasia in English, however she speaks good German! The apartment is extremely clean and very maintained. 7 minutes walk to the center. Definitely will re-visit. 

Weekend with dog

It's a very nice apartment, especially for those who drive. If you walk to the sea, it's a long way back, especially when you have to go to the mountain. The welcoming owners periodically served delicious snacks, cleaned twice a week quickly and quality! The city itself was also very nice, beautiful, and with a great blue sea!

A little far from the sea, but still good!

Arrived at midnight, several hours after check-in closed - welcomed with open arms.  Owners and staff very helpful and friendly.  Room was great with good facilities.  Good parking and pleasant seating areas in and out of the sun.  Very good restaurant (Grigori's) across the road (try the feta saganiki!).  It's only a ten minute walk to the village centre with supermarkets, restaurants, tavernas and shops.  We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Thessaloniki.

Great apartments, great people, great location

We stayed three nights in this accommodation. The reception was very friendly, the studio was well equipped, the parking was convenient, and the village of Afitos was within walking distance.

What a lovely guest!

The apartments have easy access from the main road to Kalithea. Lovely hosts who were welcoming, helpful, kind and smiley. The apartment has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and are very clean and comfortable, it was spacious and it has a kitchen, fridge and cutlery. Each room has a balcony. I strongly recommend this place. I will definitely visit again!

Excellent location, smiley and kind owners.

We reserved for only one night in the studio Nastasia. The woman who greeted us was lovely and allowed to enter the room earlier, although the rules for check-in were a bit later entered the room. Then they were greeted with cake, home made, and brought us grapes and all the time asking if we need anything. Besides location, nice studio Nastasia. Has a nice parking for your car, there is a lovely garden and flowers everywhere. The kitchen has everything you need for your holiday and all things new. Very clean. I will certainly be back again to stay there.

Excellent place to stay

The room is clean and comfortable, about 1 km from the centre and the beach, the environment is really familiar, the kindness and hospitality of Mrs Nastasia and her son are unique.

Good accommodation

The sweetest Nastasia stays in your heart for her smile and for the almost maternal attention she reserves to her guests. Every day she gave us some fruit from her garden to take to the beach and once she had us find in the room two huge slices of cake made by her (very good!!). One love! The rooms are clean and the kitchen area seemed to me well equipped even though we never cooked in an apartment. We had a room in the lower part of the structure (4-5 steps below) and there was no air conditioner, but we wouldn't need it because it was naturally cool. We opted for the seafront savings of the upper floors (with air conditioner and octopus).
