Polichrono

Kentrikon suites are indeed in the center of Polichrono village with all of its advantages and disadvantages. Going out of the house, you are in the pedestrian zone with many shops and tavernas. Unfortunately it is noisy until late evening there. The beach is less than 200 meters away, but at this location it is very crowded. Anyway, if you walk along it to the North for 10-15 minutes, you will be able to find its much more calm and pleasant part. 
The house itself is excellent! It is newly built, with a pleasant yard where cars can be parked. Note that the street is closed after 6 p.m., so in the evenings you will not be able to go into or out of the yard by car easily. 
The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and well furnished. They are very-very-very clean! The owner Ludmila maintains them herself in a perfect way. She is very helpful and kind. Although her English is not good, she will always find someone to help with translation and will not leave an issue unresolved. 
The air conditioners are of high quality, the noise insulation of the windows is excellent. So if you can sleep in an air-conditioned room, you will not be affected by the noisy street.
I am certain for myself that if I go to Polichrono again, I will stay in Kentrikon suites.

Comfortable, spacious and very clean

Spent 10 days no problem, 2 bedrooms a fully equipped living room kitchen and a spacious terrace overlooking the sea (we don't see much but it's rather nice). Not far from the beach (3 min walk), for me the cleaning service came 3 times and provided clean towels. the parking is open (garden), a barrier closes the access to the parking from 6pm to 00pm. so plan to bring the car in before or park nearby while waiting.

Satisfied

The apartments are located in a building in the center of Polychrono, completely renovated for no more than 2 years. The ns. was located on the second floor and enjoyed a beautiful sea view (max 100mt) from the terrace, large enough to be able to dine comfortably in 4.2 comfortable rooms, a complete kitchen with every possible stove, a very practical bathroom all packed with a lot of elegance and cleanliness.
