Great place with amazing staff and food!
The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the food is amazing.
They have many great options for gluten free food, that tastes amazing!
We come back every year, and will continue so.

Amazing

A very small and peaceful place to live in.
The apartments is on the beach and got a nice pool area.
It's only about 20 apartments on this facility so it's relaxing.
Nice cleaning and air-conditioned fresh rooms.
The pool bar offers a very good selection of foods in this small kitchen It's surprised me how good the food really is!!
So it's not necessary to hunt food every day when the hotell offers this quality of food!
The staff is great and we don't hesitate to come back to Lissos

Lissos Apartments 💯

Very Nice and clean Apartment hotel. Excellent food, lovely pool erea, good service and frendly staff. . Our room was very nice and clean. Seawiev. Notting to complane about. We Will visit the hotel again😊

Lovely hotel :-)

We had to pay ekstra for aircondition. Things where broken in the room. Like the shower and the door to the bathroom It was hard to Get a hold of staff. They where Only at the hotell in the morning and there 3 Numbers for Contacts does not Work. Not happy With the stay.

Bad servise and broken Down appartment

We chose this hotel as it had incredibly good reviews and were unfortunately very disappointed. The first thing that met us when we arrivived at the hotel was that no one was at work in the reception, only a sign with a telephone number to call. We called several times and got no answer and had to look for some staff to give us access to our room. When we finally got our room, there were immediately several things that was not as they should be. Door handles that fell straight off, switches on the wall that were completely loose and no air conditioning in the bedroom. After a couple of days we got informed that the air conditioning that is placed in the living room has an additional cost of 7 euros per day, which we were not informed about in advance. The cleaning staff were strict and uncooperative, we were woken up every morning by the staff wanting to clean. When we asked if it was possible for them to come back later, we were told we had 10 minutes to get out. Very disappointed with everything really, which is a real shame when it looks incredibly good online.

Disappointing

The Lissos apartment hotel has shown to be one of the best ones not serving food exept in pool bar. First class service and clean rooms!
The Staff in the pool bar where very friendlly and help full and offered Beach service.

Two weeks at Lissos

Absolutely great place to stay in Platanias!

Our room (nro 3) had great views, had a nice modern bathroom (shower with glassdoor) and a good a/c. Wifi was excellent, staff were super nice and the pool area was calm and clean. The room was very clean and cleaned every day.

I like to swim in the ocean and my wife prefers the pool so the location at the beach was perfect. Platanias center square is short walk away - location is great in that aspect too.

Overall super happy with this hotel and we wish all the best for it!

Great place!

We stayed at the Lissos hotel in Platanias for 4 nights in August 2018. We arrived by bus from Chania. Note that the accordion bus can be taken from the ktel bus station and the stop is Platanias Mylos. It’s very easy to reach, about 3’ walk from bus stop, making a left towards the beach at the sign saying Lissos. The hotel hostess, Christina was very kind and accommodating to our needs. The apartment was spacious and clean. A 3’ walk will take you to a long strip of stores, including the Ynka supermarket but Mr. Mihalis at the hotel makes an awesome breakfast and the lovely lady made a delicious Greek salad and pizza. The hotel is on the beach, and there are lawnchairs right beneath pool. The hotel pool is clean and gorgeous, there is also a kiddie pool and snacks available all day freshly made. I cannot stress how kind these people are, and how they truly made my daughter and me feel like family. We would really love to return one day!

Unforgettable

The Staff were so friendly, just a little talk so now and than and always helpfull.
The room was cleaned very good and the appartment was very big just as the balcony.
It was just a minute walk to the clean pool and another 1 minute for the beach, just loved that.
Frappé and other drinks and food were available at the bar opened whole day.
Appartments were situated just 3minutes walk from the main-street with lots of restaurants and shops.

One thing you should know (Not a big issue):
I know Wifi is more and more appreciated nowadays, Wifi was available, the signal was good enough but the only thing was, that you had to reconnect every time you came back in the room.
For me it was no problem, it reconnected quick but I just want to mention it for the people who are less Wifi-minded :-)
