Atypical calm place with nice vibe. Old solid building with marble and heavy wood. Rooms are actually apartments, with kitchen and three bedrooms. Very spacious and with lot of lights. Location is (almost) on the sea side (no any streets between).
We had nice sleep there. It will be good if they are offering breakfast. 
Beautiful beach is 50m away.
Obligatory book third (last) floor sea view room. You will enjoy.

Very large rooms, clean and comfortable beds. Location two steps from the sea! Very neat garden and directly on the beach. In a few minutes you reach the center, with excellent restaurants and the supermarket. Recommended! I'll be back!

Amazing location ON the beach! Incredible service-minded people working there. Really spacious rooms with high ceilings and balconys all around. This is a hidden gem that the whole family really loved!

Beautiful colonial style hotel at the beach

The Elman is perfect: very spacious suites with excellent finishes from the furniture of the 70s, to the sheets and towels to the mattresses. A very precious location in a beautiful garden on the sand at the end of the beach of the village and x which is almost deserted even in August. Silence and shade given by huge tamerics where you can shelter after a morning dip. The traffic and the crowd of the village do not feel but if you want in 5 minutes on foot you are in the center of the village.

The perfect hotel.

I spend each year two weeks in vacation since 2016 with my wife and we love this hotel. Great and peaceful position on a beautiful sandy beach where you can go also barefoot.
The garden and the building keep the flavor of “grand hotel” of sixties with very wide spaces and beautiful furniture in the rooms with any comfort.
Since last year Lefteris and his beautiful mother made great improvements indoor and outdoor.
We will be happy to come again for many years.

The best place to stay in Paleochora

Perfect location directly at the beach and next to Jetee beach club. It's family owned. You don't have the service like a city 4-5 Star of an international Hotel group but you get a super friendly attention that comes from the heart of an authentic Greek family. The rooms are super spacious and ideal for families with kids. We had an 80 square meters, 3 room apartment with Seaview for 90,-/night. The style of the hotel and rooms is a bit old fashioned, like 70s, 80s but they are very clean and well equipped.
I give it  a 5 Star, because it was perfect for us but i can imagine that people who need 5 Star luxury with an international service team and a modern design prefer a different kind of hotel.

Fantastic location, great value for money, spacy and family friendly

We chose the Elman Hotel and found ourselves in a huge apartment, with a kitchen and living room, two balconies where we could also eat.

Just what we wanted!

Centrally located hotel with easy access to the beach. Close to the restaurants and supermarkets. Staff is extremely friendly and made our stay very pleasant. Exceeded by far our expectations. Very clean and spacious rooms. Mrs Dimitra and Mr Christos are the nicest and most kind people, they are 24hr there in case you need anything. Totally recommend for your stay in Paleochora. Will definitely come back and stay at the hotel again.

Leisure trip with group

Very friendly and helpful staff (owners?). But, this hotel needs a nuclear sanitization! We stayed here for a week only because there was no other accommodation available. The photos already show the completely unattended condition inside the house. The exterior, however, is repulsive. On tables in front of the house were large ashtrays filled with cigarette butts, which were kept being filled with water by the garden watering and dried out in the noon sun. Despite this, they were not emptied during our dog's stay on the first day. The stench of a genuine, poisonous nicotine broth ate. Next to the large house on the beach was an obviously diseased, untouchable house with the most difficult flowering floor: the house with the broken down flowering flowering floor.
