Cute family hotel close to the beach. 
Nice and clean rooms with great views. The breakfast was basic but nice fresh fruit to choose from. 
The staff was nice and friendly and have lots of interesting information 

Good stay

Affordable hotel near Rafina port & airport. Wifi + breakfast is good enough. Very few power outlets to power up your e-gear. The staff is pleasant and accommodating (helped with taxi booking to the airport).

Good place to stay for one night when traveling by ferry or air

For many years I have traveled 100 or more days a year. In SEP-OCT 2022, I traveled for a month in Greece staying at 12 hotels (and on an overnight Ferry). In this context, my stay at Miami Hotel in Mati near Rafina to catch a ferry was good at a low price.  Leaving for the islands is MUCH easier from Rafina than from the huge and very confusing Pyreaus port.  Arriving to Pyreaus is OK though.
PROS: Low Price. Clean (I stayed only one night so I do not know how often towels are changed). Good but basic breakfast. The best Musaka of my whole trip at the restaurant in the same block at the corner facing the sea. A small but nice beach is a block away. The taxi ordered by the hotel picked me on time for the ferry.
CONS: you need a taxi to and from the Port or bust station where I arrived, at a cost of 11 euros each way. Miami Hotel not too good of a choice if you need to catch an early Ferry.  Next time I will stay in Rafina withing walking distance to the ferry docks.
Parting remarks: Greece is wonderful, except the touristic islands which were crowded even in October and I may skip them altogether next time. The Peloponesse resulted better than expected. Athens was safe anytime anywhere I moved, even after midnight. Travel light because not all hotels have elevators and in ancient towns you will climb many stairs and walk over cobblestones. Missing church number 59 was OK, sitting in a café watching people go by and doing nothing was fine even for hyper me.  I had a wonderful trip!

Convenient to Ferries from Rafina and inexpensive

Unfortunately for us we arrived on a delayed flight into Athens at 1am, but fortunately for us we had booked at the Miami Hotel, even if it only meant a tiny 5 hrs sleep! The owners here know exactly what a weary traveller needs... a 24 hr check-in with understanding and welcoming staff (even at 2am!!), a clean and comfortable room, and breakfast ready and waiting for you at 6am so that you can catch your 8am ferry without stress. These guys know what they’re doing!!

Comfortable and welcoming for late night arrivals

I had a reservation in this hotel for August 1-2. However, this hotel is in the middle of the terrible fire zone that destroyed so much of the area on July 24. Booking.com was great in helping me cancel my reservation and get a full refund, even though I booked a non-refundable room. They tried to get in touch with the hotel and couldn't get through to them. They also helped me find a good replacement far from the fire zone and I was really grateful to them for their help. 

However, I don't understand why Booking.com is currently taking reservations for the hotel when the hotel's own web site says there is no availability even into 2019. I'm afraid the hotel does not exist any longer. If people are interested in staying here, they really need to double check that it is open for business at the moment. I truly hope it is open, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Stayed one night en route catching a ferry to the Greek islands. Basic but clean - fine if you just stay for a night or 2. Located in a residential area and close to a few local restaurants. Also in close walking distance to the sea. Family run with the owners willing to help with all the small things. Breakfast opens at 6 am so in time for catching the first ferries from Rafina. You need a taxi though if you are planning to take a ferry from Rafina Port.

Basic, family run, good value for money

Quite reasonable value for money stay, should you be in our position - waiting for early ferry from Rafina. Ride to the pirt take less than 10 min, taxi costs €8. The hotel itself is outdated, but clean. The owner is very supportive. Rooms are modest, but convenient with outside seating. It is close to the waterfront, but no real beaches in this area, just observation points. There are restaurants in the neighbourhood and generally very good for overnight. 

Reasonable budget hotel off to Rafina port

Although way over its glorious days it's a good place for one night stop overs. 
The bathrooms are quite old and tired but the beds and room size are ok. 
Breakfast hours (6:00-11:30!!) are very convenient.
