Ramada by Wyndham Loutraki Poseidon Resort

What was good

-Picturesque location but I don't think there were any means of public transport to take you to Loutraki centre from hotel premises -Staff was polite ,friendly and did their best to help you out, it's a shame that the hotel overall did not meet their level

What was bad

-Cleanliness in room ,there were spiders and webs underneath chairs on wall corners and other insects on our porch ( bungalow room ) in dinning room chairs are dirty, glasses were dirty and please remove the drinks self service machines from the entrance area in dining room where people queued and rush in and out, on several occasions people bumped onto people holding drinks which then got spilled, no one cleaned the mess which got black and sticky and attracted flies. Pool area ,pool bar, carpets indoors all need cleaning .Patios and fences need fresh paint . - This hotel needs to find its identity.You should decide whether it's an all inclusive hotel or bed breakfast only. Because it's impossible to rent bed and breakfast only rooms on these rates based on scenery alone. You need to provide extra facilities and maintain them in excellence. You can't expect a family of 4 to pay 70 euro (without drinks)for the evening buffet and sit on a dirty chair and drink from dirty glasses that appeared to have been washed but not really.. This is a beautiful big hotel and the shape it's in ,doesn't do it justice
