Villa Galanos has spacious apartments and studios rooms full equiped with kitchen. Sea and port are next to the beautiful garden. It is close to the beach, Lefkas and Nidri. Roula was a kind and wonderful host! Thank you for all!

Beautiful place

Lefkada is one of the least touristed Greek islands and Roula went out of her way to help us as much as possible,  Her guest house is located just at the northern entrance to Nikiana across the road from a reasonable beach.  We had a spacious and immaculately clean bedroom with an adjoining room for our kids.Our balcony had a lovely view.  Roula was incredibly helpful and we enjoyed spending five days with her - highly recommended!

Roula, our host, made it special.

After arriving at Villa Galanos, I felt that all the travelling I had done in my life has brought me to this one place. It is on Lefkada in the small seaside village of Nikiana. That in itself is enough reason to come here.

Villa Galanos is an excellent place to stay, it is family run and your host will make you feel that you are part of her family. There is nothing that is within her power that she will not do or arrange for you. She is well conected with everyone on thwe island, so all you have to do is ask and she will deliver.

Villa Galanos is set on the waters edge, all you have to do is walk out of the gate and you are on the beautiful beach out the front. The views from all parts of the place are breathtaking, changing the mood as the day goes by. Everything you need to make your stay even more enjoyable is a short walk away, from restaurants, cafes, supermarkets to beach bars. Whatever you are into is at the door.

The public bus is out the front, so the whole island is easilly accessable. You can visit places like Porto Katsiki, Kathisma Beach, Agios Nikita, Vasiliki and the many interesting inland villages Lefkada has to offer. All busses go to Lefkada town which then allows you the option of island hopping tours , e.g. Scorpios Island. The options are endless and close by. Lefkada town also has a great restaurant scene, street food to die for, night clubs, bars and great shopping.

All this starts and ends at Villa Galanos - a slice of paradice !!!
