The property is managed well. The swimming pool is the best feature in the property. My only issue was the the Wi-Fi was nonexistent. Although the property claims to offer Wi-Fi, the connection was incredibly slow to the point that it was as if no Wi-Fi was available.

Lovely, small, family hotel with amazing sea view and friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful, served on a terrace next to infinity swimming pool. We went end of September so there were not many guests as following week hotel would close for the winter, so by the end of the week we had the pool to ourselves only! Room was basic but clean with a modern bathroom and complimentary toiletries were supplied, service was every 3 days. Hotel supplies the pool towels. All balconies face the sea and we had most stunning views as we had the top floor room. Check with the hotel if you have mobility problem as there is no lift. There is a small clean beach across the road from the hotel with sunbeds you could hire. It’s not commercial, with a small kiosk you can purchase coffee of cold drinks. Nice if you don’t like the crowds. Buzzing town of Nydri is a short drive away or you can take a taxi or a bus. There you can find array of fabulous eateries and shops.

Enjoyable holiday

Absolutely cute, romantic, relaxing and friendly atmosphere and location. This is. place to take your loved one and spend some relaxing and cozy days. The pool and terrace is absolutely brilliant and I have no bad thing to say about our entire stay.

Nice hotel,  It’s a good starting point if you want to explore the island. Very steep hill up to the hotel. The pool and pool area is supernice with great views, infinitypool, tasty food and nice staff. The rooms has all the basics you need but could do with some updating/freshen upp. Overall a very pleasant stay!

The view!

Really gorgeous views of the bay and to the harbour of Nikiana. The beach is a 2 min walk away just across the road.The staff from the hotel are so lovely and helpful.

We arrived to find a deserted hotel, no guests or staff.
The tiny reception area was closed, there was a note on the door with 2 phone numbers, one didn’t work, the other went through to a man with limited English who said he was not expecting any guests.  Shortly after he walked up the drive, phoned someone who turned out to be Dimitra, she claimed to have no knowledge of our booking and said she had never heard of the very well known company we booked through.  She said we could check in but we would have to pay for the room, even though we had already paid for the week in full.
There followed a very stressful afternoon phoning the company we booked through to try to sort things out.
We arranged to meet Dimitra at 7pm, she was still claiming to have no knowledge of our booking and asked us how we were going to pay.  I questioned why she walked away when I tried to show her our booking confirmation, she said “because she already had it”!
My husband went and looked on her laptop and sure enough there was our booking that confirmed that we had prepaid for the week’s hotel accommodation.  He took a screenshot as evidence.
Why she chose to withhold this information is still a mystery, and for the rest of the week no explanation or apology was ever offered.  There were only 3 other guests the entire week yet they didn’t appear to want any guests staying there at all.
According to our booking we had paid for daily housekeeping, however on arrival there was a note in our room saying “because of COVID” it would only be cleaned every 3 days.  Even this didn’t happen, our room was cleaned once.  Another day we had to both clean dead insects out of the pool because no one had bothered to clean it.  
The bedrooms are very dated, the mattresses extremely hard.
All in all a very unpleasant stay, if we could have left earlier we would.

The worst check in experience possible

Great location best in Nikiana ! Only issue 15 min walk from main town anoying if just want something to eat as not served there. The girls at breakfast lovely well worth the stay. Thankyou Laura and Eleanor

Great stay

We stayed in this b&b for 8 nights, the only positive note is the view and the swimming pool, the rest is all to review. Starting from the rooms: indecent bathroom, to sit on the water you had to necessarily enter the shower with your feet. The bathroom was almost always flooded, because of the 90s tendon of the shower that almost always stuck on you. The first day also went away the hot water because of a thunderstorm. The most shocking thing of the whole holiday was the cleaning.
