Visited Gianmma Ap. with my children ,Gianemma is perfect located close to the beach and just 5 minutes drive from the capital of the island .  Yanna is the best hostess ! would definitely recommend it ! 

Excellent

This place surprised us with an amazing location, confortable pool area with sunbeds, shade and the amazing view from the pool on the bay. The property is very clean, next to a bus stop from the port and 2 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and small supermarkets. Rooms are modern and confortable with kitchen and the staff is extraordinary, discrete and helpful.

Above our expectations, classy with a beautiful view

Easy to reach from the port (there is a bus stop right outside the apartments). 5 minutes walk from the local mini-markets and tavernas. Fantastic view of a sensational sandy beach. Top quality and very classy place to stay.

Beautiful place to stay on a lovely island

I was lost in the beauty of this place. Upon arrival I was greeted so kindly by the manager, Ioanna, who did everything she could and more to fulfill everything that I needed for the short stay that I had here.

I had such an incredible time and was completely amazed at how beautiful this place was inside and out. Aside from the beauty, the comfort that you receive here was just astonishing and so amazingly relaxing! My experience here was unforgettable and I look forward to coming back here again when I come back to Ios, Greece, soon!

This place will blow you away

We are glad we visited Giannema.
Firstly we were welcomed by the hotel owner who is a really sweet and helpful woman.She showed us our room and ensured we had all the stuff we needed.She also offered us a little box of treates with juice, cheece, crakers and jam which was really appreciated after 4 tiring hours on the ship to get there.The days passed really peacefully and we enjoyed every moment.

If i were to complain about something is that:
1.The matress was a little bit stif.
2.There wasnt a breakfast which would elevate the hotel.
3.And the escalator for the pool was a little bit lousely screwed down which should be fixed just for safety.

Overall this was a good a experience and we would defenitely returm back.

Amazing experience!

Such a wonderful surprise to check in here.  Modern fully furnished apartment, stylish in appearance. Kitchen facilities with 2 hotplates and small oven suitable for light meals. Good sized fridge, table and lounge. Our bathroom only had a shower, no bath. TV. Free and strong wi-fi throughout the apartment. Lots of light. Spotlessly clean with a fabulous cleaner who comes daily. Beautiful pool with lounge chairs cleaned daily. Balcony overlooks Mylopotas beach which a short 3-5 minute walk down the hill. There are several well stocked and good sized mini markets which serve food and alcohol.  Lots of restaurants to select from. Prices for 2 people at dinner incl. 500 ml red wine around EUR 30-35. Sunbeds cost EUR 6 which was much cheaper than Mykonos. The bus stops at the front door and will take you to the port, the town or Manangari beach. The bus to town and the port was running every 15 minutes in September. Easy to catch a bus from the ferry on arrival to here. The bus to Manangari beach runs at 11am in the morning and returns around 5pm. Best to book your seats.  Phone number is at the bus stop. We will return. Highly recommended! Perfect

Stayed here for a week in August! We thought we were dreaming on arrival to see just how luxurious it was for the small price we paid. There is an infinity pool and offers a great view of the beach. Short walk down the hill to restaurants and a mini market. Bus stop right outside the apartment to take you into the main town. The camping bed was the only disappointment for us and we did take it in turns sleeping on the sofa. There was a fully functioning kitchen in the apartment with small kitchen and Nespresso machine with pods. The lady who runs the apartment was very relaxed and laid back and we didn't have to pay until departure. Would highly recommend
