When we arrived, towels and blankets were visibly stained. One bed wasn't set up, so we had to put a cooking pan underneath it so it wouldn't fall. The staff said they would send someone to fix it, but that someone arrived the following day so I had to sleep in that broken bed for one night. In the appartment 300, in which we were staying, there are two rooms and one bathroom. One room had a balcony, the other had a window which was looking at the inside of the hotel (which doesn't make sense because people in the hallway could see us) and there wasn't fresh air, and the bathroom didn't have a window at all. The air circulation was therefore obviously poor. The kitchen was very small and impossible to cook at. There weren't any sponges and dish soap. The closet was way too small for 4 people. The last 3 days of our stay, the sewerage system started smelling very very very bad to the point that it was impossible to go into the bathroom without a surgical mask. The sink was terribly dirty. Maybe we could've been able to look past all the flaws of the appartment since it's very cheap, but considering the sewerage system, it's not possible. In the hotel there aren't any employees and it's always unlocked during the night. All in all, I would never ever come back to Pagidas.

A stinky nightmare

Note for the owner to thank him for reminding me that bad hotels and services still exists and the eay they robbed people. That guy tried to put a blame on us due to broken trinket on the key after we reported it as soon as it was given to us. Very noisy, A/C and wifi are charged although they said it is included in the price we had to pay it extra with no bill given to us. Filthy kitchen, no towels and sheets changing.
Again just to remind the owner how bad hotels should not exist at all.

Terrible

The hotel is located in the tourist town of Chaneti. All the necessary infrastructure is nearby: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes. Great sea and beach. The hotel is suitable for a budget holiday for the whole family. Spacious, bright rooms, modern renovation. We recommend!

It's a great choice for a family budget vacation!

Where to start... sheets and towels were changed only once in our 10 day stay. Even then, trash was not taken away, cleaning lady just ignored it. Internet was more off then on, athough we paid extra for it. Bathroom door can't be actually closed. Bads are to narrow for an adult person. Location is only benefit of this hotel, but it isn't worth it.

Terible expiriance

Our apartment had two rooms and one of each did not have the window and the air condition was in the other room with the window. We were staying there in june so it was not too hot, but in the july or august I guess that it is terribly hot. Glass door of the toilet cannot be completly closed.
We were not satisfied with the service. They do not clean the apartment, do not change towles.
Even when they cleaned the aprtment once, they did not took out the tresh, did not add the toilet papper and did not clean the terasse.
I would not recommande this apartment to anyone, mostly becouse of the service.

Terrible service

Let me mention the high points first:
- recently renovated in modern style 
- location (close to the beach, in the center, close to the free parking)
- decent speed, stable internet
And now the downsides:
- the place is right in the walking area with shops and games oasis with terrible noise of music, kicking, screaming till 1:00. With the doors and windows shut is ok, but yoiu can't sleep that way is it is too hot and the air-conditioning is above your bed
- there is a glass door which can't be closed on the bathroom. No privacy what so ever. Very inconvenient should you travelling with friends or small children who can get in there whenever they like while you're doing your things
- we’ve rented an apartment for 4 people even though were travelling  3 of us to have more space. The single beds are way too small for an adult to sleep in. There is no space for your clothing as there are only 2 small closets barely enough for 2 people. No space for your suitcases. 
- you have to pay 5 euro’s a day to be able to use an air conditioner, which is a must even in September. We were in 207, and just like 203 and 205, facing the sun without any sunshades on the terrace (which is inhumane considering the fact that there is no walls isolation and you can fry an egg on the wall). It is unbearable  hot in the room!  
- no cleaning, no towels change, and in 10 days, our sheet were changed only once. I had to do it myself as the cleaning lady just hands you the clean sheets.
- there is not even toilet paper when you arrive, which says a lot about how guests are treated in that “hotel”. That’s not a hotel, but a house with rooms.
- no receptions, so anyone can get in, there are only plain key locks on the doors, very easy to break
- no safe
- the  owner seemed to be distant and uninterested, one girl was ok, trying to be friendly, but wasn’t able to solve 2 simple problems so on the third day I had to ask again (the sink was clogged and the remote control wasn’t working). They fixed the sink on the 3d day and remote was never fixed. The second girls seemed very cold and bored by you even getting into the office.
- there are only few channels on TV (we used it rarely, but had to press the button on the TV as the remote wasn’t working) and all in Greek,  some in Serbian, with some stupid music. 
- BE AWARE: CHECK OUT IS AT 9AM (WHICH IS 8AM DUTCH TIME).
- bathroom window of the room 207 is on the wall of other guests terrace!!!
- very few dishes in the kitchen
