We stayed here as a family of 4 for 3 nights as part of our road trip. The host was extremely helpful and kind- gave us recommendations not only for the local area but also for the next area we were staying in and gave us homemade gifts. The apartment was well equipped ( you could easily self cater) and well maintained and cleaned. It is only a 5 minute walk into the centre of town ( where there are several restaurants, bars shops and the local beach) and there is a large secure garden that guests can use which is also safe for children. The only downside is noise from  other guests- the balconies are surrounded by other balconies so no privacy and we had a noisy family below us - but wherever you go you don’t know who your neighbours will be! 
Overall, a fantastic good value stay in a great location with a wonderful host.

Great service, great location, good value.

We stayed at Neria for ten days with our one year old girl and we loved it! If you want something more than a cramped hotel room  this is a perfect place for you. Herbs in the garden, sound of birds in the morning, a big olive tree to provide a deep shade and a lot od toys for kids, everything was there to make our holiday truly relaxing. There are two big supermarkets nerby and the beach is only 10 minutes away. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped. The best of all is the host, who provided everything we needed and was really an amazing guy. We like to think we made a friend there and will definitely go back to wonderful Neria Summer Houses again.

Perfect for families with small kids

The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Ioakim is a great host who made us feel like home. He is very nice and willing to help you with anything. I would recommend to anyone this apartment.

Beautiful place, great owner

Perfectly sized maisonette for our family (2 adults and 2 boys of 8 & 10 years). Good location (away from the Hanioti noise) but just enough to get to there by walking. Very helpful host with suggestions for beaches and attractions.

Excellent summer vacation

In the kitchen you can find everything you need for cooking - from a light breakfast to a full lunch or dinner. The grill on the street is fully equipped for cooking meat or fish comfortably, you can eat in a few porches (1st floor) or with specially reserved meals in the garden. What is no less important is hospitality - and here is also a complete order!

We highly recomend Neria Houses for peaceful and relaxing vacation in Halkidiki. 
Chrysoula and Ioakeim are the most friendly and helpful hosts! The rooms are very clean, really large and comfortable, with EVERYTHING you need to make your staying truly pleasant. 
The garden is adorable! A peaceful paradise with olive trees, herb bushes and a barbeque! 
Village Hanioti center is 5 minutes away, with super markets, lots of tavernas and bars. Neria is in unique location, close to any shop you may need but also isolated and quiet. Beautiful beaches are only minutes away, as well!
The BEST place in Halkidiki with very reasonable prices! 
We will certainly come back!

Best place for calm and relaxing vacation!!!

Neria Summer Houses is an ideal place to spend the summer holidays. The landscape is strikingly beautiful with numerous sandy beaches sporting crystal clear waters and hills full with pine trees. There are lots of restaurants, cafés and bars in the village of Hanioti and nearby villages. The owners have a really good guide with recommendations which isn't confined to restaurants and bars but also covers beaches, beach bars and even archaeological sites. There is a spacious garden with olive trees and various plants, trees and herbs all conveniently marked with a little sign. You can eat outside under the shadow of the olive trees. There is a well equipped barbecue to use. As for the apartments they are quite spacious and can accomodate up to 4-5 persons. They are clean and well-equipped. Fully equipped kitchen-no oven though. The owners are really helpful and friendly and you get both a welcome gift and a goodbye gift, all carefully chosen. 
All in all a unique experience and as close as it gets to spending your summer in Greece like a Greek.

An excellent choice for summer holidays!

The great apartments of Neria Summer Houses are located at the first finger of the village of Hanioti. The apartments are a little out of the way next to the main street. You can relax wonderfully on the balcony with natural sounds. In the yard there is a barbecue station and an herbal garden that you can use as you please. Our apartment was like all apartments nuclear sanitized. The bathroom is completely new and the kitchen and rooms are on a modern stand. The kitchen has all the utensils necessary for daily needs. From the apartment you can reach all shops for daily needs. The beach is also within walking distance.

It's a wonderful apartment, very quiet.

My husband and I were in Neria Summerhouse/ Apartment-A1 from 09.06.-25.06.2014 everything was freshly renovated and the furniture was nailed fresh. What we were very happy about was the grill, which was also promptly inaugurated by us. The terrace overlooking the very beautifully laid out garden has invited us to relax and sunbathe, so we sometimes thought about whether we should even go to the beach. The apartment was very clean, Chrisa the owner reads the wishes from one's eyes and gives a good tip for excursions. The shopping options, etc.
