This place is great! There is a club right underneath, so you can hear that late into the night, but it didn’t bother us at all. The room was nicely updated, beautiful room. All of the staff is amazing and kind, and the shuttle driver was so nice, as well.

I travelled with a friend and we stayed in the Deluxe Sea View room. It was clean and comfortable and we utilized both floors so that we would have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The balcony is an amazing perk and we spent a lot of our downtime in between daytime excursions and dinner sipping wine on the balcony and just looking out on the beautiful harbour. Housekeeping was done every morning and our room was always tidy and fresh. We were able to find parking on the street or very close by with no issues. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a future visit. Its quite and quaint but it felt like home. The area is very safe and we were comfortable strolling out in the early hours or late in the evening.

This was the perfect family place. On the old port with a nice view from the shared balcony.

This property is within walking distance to shopping, dining and beaches. The view from the balcony is aamazing. Room is spacious and amenities are new and clean. The only inconvenience there is no dedicated parking to this hotel & unfortunately street parking close by is very challenging.

I stayed for 5 days and I have to say everything was above expectations... nice overall. super clean, room number 4 overlooking the inner street and a large balcony open to everyone overlooking the harbor you can see exceptional sunsets... the exceptional owner, super kind and willing to give advice. available parking (something to underestimate). it would be impossible to go to Chania in an accommodation with no car seat. room on 2 levels. with refrigerator with freezer and 2 plates to cook. plates and posters and some panels. super recommended... to return Xeli too I didn't find a single defect.

That's amazing!

For the first time we decided to spend our holidays in an apartment. Overall it was a nice experience. We stayed in Erato suites from 31/5 to 14/6. We arrived quite late (it was 22pm) but the very kind owner waited for us to hand us the keys and show us the apartment, she also told us that it was a little noisy since the terrace looked directly at the porch and if we wanted to move to a quieter one, but the view was really beautiful and the noise didn't bother us so much.

Great location right near the Old Venetian Harbour with so many great places to eat. Thank you very much Despina, our stay was fantastic! The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable. So sad to leave this wonderful city. Will definitely be back and will happily stay at Erato Suites again without question.

Fantastic!

A fantastic location, right on the ancient Venetian port of Chania, with a terrace available with a wonderful view. The monolocal is clean, spacious, arranged on two floors with a backrest. A small bathroom without a curtain but functional (after a short while it dried itself, probably the walls were splattered with a special material).
