Menigos resort is very dirty, equipped with old furniture and above all not worth of paid money.

Do not trust the photos from Booking and other sites, the photos do not show the real state of the apartments, which is really below every expectation.

I would also like to say that first 2 nights (out of 10) we were placed in the apartment all the way uphill, which we did not book at all, and the host has rejected our refund request (no specific reason) and they accused us that we caused 300 euros damage in the apartment, which is totally not true, that did not happen.

Other than that, the beach is really nice and sandy (sometimes windy), the sea is very clean.

Awful experience

Apartment in doubtful cleanliness and in need of refreshment. The photos on the site are not at all representative of reality, we are sold from the dream at a high price, when we arrive everything is disappointing. Especially when we clearly try to scam you by giving you a non-reservation accommodation and we offer you two more non-conforming TJs before we give you the right accommodation the next day. A lost day and a lot of stress. Apartment for 6 normally, number of insufficient glasses, etc., plus toiletries in the sdb not provided while advertised on booking. The air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working, no water in the room for two days at a time... we had no excuses or explanation about the bad accommodation at the department.

Very poor price ratio

If you want to have a good memory of Corfu and enjoy the island, don't choose this hotel. The staff at the beginning were courteous and available, but then they became unwelcome and profitable. On the first day they promised us a check at 14:00 and a reception at 8:00, but no one made a living until 10:00 and a room was delivered to us even at 19:00, leaving the kids without a place to change and bathe. A group of 15 kids seemed easy to wander around, and that's what they tried to do, not just once.

It's terrible.

We stayed here for a week and they cleaned only 2 times, if you can define cleaning their change only the towels, dirty and uninhabitable rooms delivered hours and hours later unlike we had previously agreed and leaving a group of boys on the street until 7 pm. Not to mention the messes that happened with these rooms since the staff is not at least able to handle. Not to mention the swimming pool that is scandalous live unlike as highlighted by the photos.The only thing that saves this resort is the sea and the favorable location. I would never go back.

It was a horrible experience.

We stayed in the resort for a week and as soon as we arrived the reception was not the best. The owner knew about the arrival of 15 kids, but no one got up for an entire morning, not to mention the rooms that were delivered to us in the evening. We left the suitcases in the sun near the reception for an entire day and we guys who didn't know where to bang our heads. So the reception and check-out were bad. The rooms weren't cleaned even once, rather we were cleaning and rearranging (I recommend you bring towels, since in 7 days they were only delivered once), instead, at the time of check-out, we were blamed for not cleaning the laundry and the bathrooms at the resort. The bathroom that was at the shower was not just because of the change of hands, maybe the shower or the check-out, but it wasn't just a spectacular view of the beach.

Not recommended

If you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Corfu in a beautiful, dirty and obviously never-to-be-maintained facility, no check-in reception with a two-hour wait for the agreed time, the rooms were delivered late (one of them was delivered 5 hours late, from 14:00 to 19:00 leaving me and three other people without a room under the sun after 10 hours of travel). The rooms were horrible, dirty and obviously never under maintenance (bathroom allowance, completely unusable, which forced us to go to the bathrooms of our friends' rooms), the pazuzu club did not wash us but simply moved us with the right water to get the dirt back, the girls managed to get to the cleaning room until the cleaning room had been cleaned up.

Horrible experience

We spent a week in early September in Corfu/Glyfada in Menigos Resort Apartment No. 74 by Christos/ booked by AirbnB. Flight time (from Vienna) only 1.5 hours The weather was perfect, so around 30°, light breeze, sand very fine and golden yellow, sea 26°, crystal clear and gorgeous Our apartment was very close to the beach. So during the day we were able to provide ourselves with snacks well, and in the evening we went to eat *schmatz* The view from the large balcony was the hammer, which meuschen day and night so beautiful nighttime hammer it would be nothing, because at 21:00, at the latest 22:00 everything really closes very well, so close to the sea we had 2 young cats we had to eat at home, we had to weep with them because of the black hammer.

Super beach vacation

The apartment was in the 2nd row to the beach, the first apartment we were going to move into was on the slope far from the beach. This was not accepted by us because we were shown room option on the beach during the booking process! So be careful!!! These pictures do not correspond in any way to the actual situation! The 2 apartment (see photos!!) was unhygienic, Amaturen Wc bathroom desktops were crumbling, in the bathroom there was no way to hang these for hand towels, Wc bathroom hangers hanging from old shower towels as well as a bathroom / garden tower, lamps tower towers to the right, a small car wash, etc. So it is not possible to see the room with a good view of the kitchen and the kitchen! So it is possible to change the room with a good view of the kitchen and the bathroom!

Downed plant price not worth!

One of the most famous beaches in Corfu but I must say rather disappointing even though the sea is crystal clear the beach is chaotic and crowded with badly arranged beds and water sports.

Disappointing

We stayed for 8 nights in August 2019. I have been the many studios in Greece before,  it this is the worst by far. We were given top floor, with a view,  but the apartment inside wasn’t impressive. The hostess said that it was the upgraded one which I couldn’t believe at the apartment was very poorly maintained. Our toilet started leaking in day 2, the bathroom drain was clogged. The towels were changed every two days, not everyday. 

The location of the hotel is ok, the beach is nice, there are bars and taverna. However, if you want to go to the old town, it will take you at least half an hour in one direction.
