Our apartment was small, but tiny and cute! With a lovely seaview and only 20m to the beach it was perfect. The owner of the apartments is really nice and helpfull. He also picked us up when we arrived with the ferry and on our last day he drove us to it. But if you want to go to the town or marina it‘s only about 15 minutes! The restaurant nearby is quite good with a lovely staff!

So I booked Fanari beach online- no problem.
Then contact then regarding a lift from the ferry to the hotel.
Giannis very kindly and quickly got back to me and confirm the pick up, also he gave me a number to call for any problems.
On arrival( hot and sweaty after half day travel) a lovely clean and quiet room awaited us, with air con included in the price. And chilled water in the fridge.
After unpacking we tried the really lovely swimming pool (1.4-2.2m), and excellent refreshments from the bar- try the home made lemonade and sour cherry juices- also tap beer excellent!
We spent nearly 2 weeks in Fanari and Antiparos, the hotel is 10 minute walk to the village and there is a sea entry in front of it (rocky one). Sandy Fanari beach is 1 minute walk away. And we snorkelled the distance from hotel to Fanari very pleasant and lots of fish this see
People here are amazing, very open and friendly
For me this was a targeted diving holiday- amazing diving sites- but we also tried kayaking, we took a cruise around the island, and visited the amazing cave(15 min bus journey from Fanari).
Back to the hotel- towels and beddings changed every second day, most friendly bar staff, anything you can imagine and possible they'll do for you
One evening we were tired and they were at closing time, but still they quickly cooked some spaghetti and salsa and olives for me and my 9 years old. Delicious

As a quick note - some friends we made here complained that they were unable to rest early at night due to street noise (having also 8-10y children) - that's not the case at Fanari- lovely quiet place- when we wanted noise we went to village! 
I loved waking up in the morning and hearing the sea and seeing olive and fig trees from balcony- thank you so much
