Owner scammed us out of $360 and tried to claim that we ruined a couch.
Kitchen and fridge are old - fridge is warm and it takes 15 minutes to cook an egg on the stove because it’s so bad.
There are an insect problem and cockroaches roaming around.
Pillows are the cheapest I’ve seen in a hotel and one smells really bad.
DO NOT STAY HERE this literally the worst company I’ve ever stayed within 3 years of being a digital nomad and traveling full time. Be really careful if you do stay here.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks in August 2019 with our 2 children. The location in Agia Marina is opposite the sandy beaches. The parents' room is huge and the apartment has a lot of storage. The bedding was perfect. Very comfortable and very large beds. We were in lappat 5, with a large terrace that overlooks the courtyard. The climate, essential, worked very well. The small kitchen allows a small dappoint or lunch. It may be missing a microwave or a cooking stove because there are only 2 pots.

Ideal room quality to price ratio

The hotel was nice and the appartment was clean and nice. BUT someone is stealing. The second day one of my T-shirts were missing from my suitcase.The day after the same T-shirt came back, but then another one was missing. I told this to the boy in the reception. I never got my T- shirt back.

To bad

I stayed in this apartment for ten days from August 6th to 16th 2018. It is a small residence with a nice swimming pool and solarium. Rather well maintained and recently renovated. Most were English and German, there was a bit of noise and confusion in the spare parts, because you could stay even for one night. The house was modest but cozy, there were few cooking equipment, but we arranged. The only neo, the cleaning was sparse, made a little run. At the border we did something too. Instead of the clean laundry always available. Close to the beach, very beautiful sea and a beautiful one. To visit the whole island to discover beautiful places.

Vacation between sea and beaches and surroundings

When we arrived at Chania airport we rented a car and the navigator was easy to find the facility (40 min). The owner is very kind and despite the arrival time she was there to wait for us explaining what our apartment was and answering every question. The apartment was very spacious and every day she was changed sheets and towels. Equipped with every kitchen tool. Outside a small space where you can eat outdoors. The facility is on the main road and nearby you can find market, car rental, souvenir shops etc. A few steps away is a lid recommended by the owner where you can spend the day sunbathing and listen to good music by giving a good cocktail advice.

We slept here for a week! The first night we lost our way to find him, because there were two signs with their name on them, but despite the evening arrival time they were very kind on the phone to follow us and know if everything was going well!

Apartment

We stayed in a single room right in front of the pool. It was very clean and furnished with everything we needed: kitchen corner where we prepared breakfast, spacious bathroom and two single beds with breakfast table. Also outside there was a table with two chairs where we could stay in the evening and enjoy the cool. The stable is located right on the main road but it is absolutely noisy and is so close to the markets, taverns and places that can be reached safely on foot. There are towels, every day the room and cleaning and every 3 days they clean the laundry. There is free Wi-Fi. The location is ideal as a starting point to see even the most beautiful questions on the beach.

Great place and great location!

Perfect location, in the center of Aagia Marina, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and beaches! Tt nearby! Very clean, housekeeping done on days and well above all! The swimming pool in the photos doesn't seem very big but in reality it's largely enough and very well equipped ac transats (very good almost new condition), tables, umbrellas and a shower. Besides the swimming pool is very well exposed to sun and shade during the day! The managers are very nice and do not hesitate to inform you if you need and also give you advice on car rental, place to visit etc... I recommend this place!

The place to be!

We stayed in four apartments in two different apartments located further inside, once over the swimming pool. The apartments are clean and equipped with everything necessary. My boyfriend and I stayed in a small two-storey apartment, composed like this: lower floor kitchen, bathroom and single bed; upper floor large bedroom. There are towels and cleaning is done every 3 days. There is free Wi-Fi. The location is great both as a starting point to move around and see the most beautiful beaches of the island (east coast) and for the evening to enjoy various restaurants and taverns.
