Here for 3 nights on business. Room was clean and everything worked— air conditioner, fridge, ceiling fan, hot water, toilet. My room was right off the lobby, overlooking the pool, but it was quiet. I was here during weekdays so there was not much going on outdoors in the evenings. Restaurant was a bit slow but when it finally arrived the food was good. A Ghanaian dining companion heartily praised their rendition of boiled yam and pepper soup.

A decent place

The hotel room was disgustingly dirty, so I checked after one night. The bathroom had black mold in the shower. The water was cold. The walls and light switches were filthy and the linens did not seem clean. I also ordered food from the restaurant. The chicken and jollof rice were not cooked fresh. The rice was hard and crusty and the chicken was dry. It seemed that I had been served leftovers from a previous day. Breakfast was no better. The eggs were cold…I mean actually cold to the touch, which leads me to believe that the food was pre-prepared,but the staff did not bother to warm it up.

When I arrived, I was told I had to pay a 1000 cedis deposit, which I paid.  When I checked out, the front desk clerk, Sylvia, informed me that she did not have cash for my refund of about 460 cedis. Supposedly, the accountant took all the cash with her and was not available, so I had to leave without my refund. I returned several days later to the hotel. Again, the desk clerk did not have cash on hand for my refund. 😡

DO NOT RECOMMEND the place is filthy!

The rooms were dark, not very clean, beds not preparered, no blankets, no towels. It smelt sour. Breakfast no fruits, everything finished early, we decided to have breakfast elsewhere next day. Dinner only rice, chicken and fishhead. Friday you cannot sleep till 5 due to a terrible disco and the noise of people talking on the terrain. Swimming pool a bit dirty with many insect. Staff too little, drinks difficult to botsing, no juices. Don’t go here!!!!

Terrible place to be.

We booked 3 rooms and paid 365 cedis each(90 dollars) for a night.Changed room 3 times- faulty equipment. Collected reciept after checking out n realised 300 cedis was recorded  - meaning 65×3 =195 cedis was not recorded. We asked them why we had 2 different receipt - Dishonest employees are destroying the hotel so the management should work on that. Ethical value is important for success 

Dishonesty 

There was loud music and party until 4:30 am.  Then again at 6:30 am people were loud.  There were little black bugs in the room.  The shower did not drain, but did go onto the bathroom floor.  We pre-ordered our dinner 11/2 hours before we wanted to eat and arrived at prescribed time and still had to wait 30-40 minutes.  The air conditioning did work.  I can not recommend this hotel we left a day early.
