Hotel staff is very friendly and the property is perfectly clean, in my experience there this week. The WiFi is strong and hot water lasted throughout the length of normal showers. The hotel has a small, but nice, bar outside with a restaurant. The neighborhood is lively in the evenings and there are a lot of walkable local restaurants nearby.

Good clean property, in a fun neighborhood

Very nice, modern rooms with excellent amenities.  Other than room service busting into my room unexpectedly all was well. Got to the hotel late and security was not up to par.  The receptionist had to come open the gate to let me in. Room was very nice although had noise from the neighbors early in the morning.

Nice sleek hotel right in the heart of town

I stayed here for about 10 days in March. The staff was very friendly and the manager is helpful and pleasant. The property is kept VERY clean. Some units have a small kitchen area equipped with dishes, pots, pans, micro wave and a small fridge. All new items. You can cook if you prefer. The hotel is located in Osu, a busy part of Accra, so you are within walking distance of shopping and places to eat. It is in a quieter area though, so you aren't disturbed at night. The area seems safe. It is really easy to catch a taxi and almost all drivers know the area so it's easy to get back. It's also an easy taxi ride to Labadi beach, as it is near the Teshie road. There is no pool, but you can always go swimming at Labadi beach Hotel. My deal breaker is cleanliness...and the place is VERY CLEAN. They have laundry services amd free wifi too:) I would stay here again.

VERY PEACEFUL AND CLEAN, GOOD LOCATION, FRIENDLY STAFF

My executives enjoyed their stay there; the rooms were nice and clean and it was very easy to get into town.

I would have given this 5 stars if not for some controversy during check in. I paid a deposit before my executives arrival but it was not made expressly clear that they would be required to pay as soon as they got to the hotel.

I can understand this policy, but it was quiet annoying to have the (generally friendly) hotel staff constantly pestering me or my guests about when we would settle our bill when this wasn't made clear to begin with. Marred our total experience but, I would still recommend this to others (just make sure you pay up front first)

Great experience but they need to clarify their check in policy

The hotel is placed in a strategic location, good accessibility, nice interior etc. However, I had such an unpleasant experience. Stayed for 3 days, and each time i took a shower i had to manage doing so with cold water because they had some excuse. Am surprised while a guest is still checked in, they would go ahead to paint the room and leave the whole place dirty with paints etc. Breakfast is served as if guests are beggars. Not happy with Customer service. 

Interestingly its the only hotel that wouldnt take cheque.

Unpleasant Customer Service

Location is OK, and central. Can be easily reached.
I stayed 2 weeks there. 
Had really bad experience because for a whole week, there was no warm water, and they always found one excuse or the other, without getting the situation rectified.
The front desk staff always attempted to cover up with outrageous untruths. 
The breakfast was very poor, served as if for beggars.  One had no choice of variety and you must be lucky to get a simple juice.  This was not value for money.
However the room cleaners were very good, eager to help and fix the room. 
I will not return there again

Dirty bedsheets, stains of blood or something. Room was smelling bad. I booked three nights, second the water stopped, no water! Then problems with wifi. If u need a place to relax, go somewhere else.
