We were there with friends and could feel comfortable on the terrace. At very pleasant temperatures we enjoyed the view of the lake. The service was very friendly and prompt. We had various dishes of dorade from the grill and meat dishes with noodles or salad. The wine selection is good.

Delicious food with a nice ambience

Absolutely delicious and varied lunch table by the pond...especially beautiful in summer on the spacious terrace. Daily meals from 9.80 euros to 12.80 euros. Everything fresh!! And really good! We always like to come back.

Lunch table

This week I went to lunch at the Riedsee Inn. For lunch there were colourful salads and chicken breasts on frame mushrooms with basmatireis. There's nothing to shake at this meal. It's just delicious. The only shortcoming that made the difference between four and three points was the price of the drinks.

Good food, I'll tell you what, but...

Under the condition that you are aware of what to expect at this price and what not, it is an excellent hotel! This is primarily due to the location, because with a train station within 3 minutes, a supermarket within walking distance and a snowy lake at the door, there is hardly anything to eat. Since you are in the downtown area in just under 20 minutes, it also doesn't matter that there is no breakfast. Moreover, the hotel was very quiet during the four nights spent here. I personally, however, found the mattress much, much too soft and I would have wished for another table. As for the restaurant, I would not have expected such a good dinner here! Regional dishes are definitely made in fine and orderly portions and service. The restaurant is definitely more convenient for the guests to eat here, and it's definitely not too hot to eat here!

We were in this hotel, B&B I don't know... for 2 days, the place is very nice and I mean that both the room and the bathroom were very clean and tidy. Too bad there were 7 to 9 degrees, and even in the room it was the same! The heating was not on anyway, maybe because as guests there were only us?!.... they refused us a heater that we had to leave on all day because of the cold, but this still couldn't get the bathroom heated.

No heating!

The homemade pasta bags with potato salad and toasted onions worked perfectly. The guesthouse is located on the Riedsee and has a beautiful terrace, which I will visit again in the summer.
