Been here for a night with some friends. Nice clean single modern room. 
The staff was really friendly.
Free outside parking.
Unfortunately not well connected to center of city.
Reasonable price: payed 80 euro during oktoberfest.

clean and friendly hotel

If you're interested in coming to a kind of youth hostel in advance, you won't be surprised. The ambience is nothing we could arrange with. However, rooms and hotels were very clean, breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the price was not right. Especially on weekends, rooms should be offered for less than 100 euros. We don't come back. It's a conference hotel.

Ideal for business customers

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip to the University of Hohenheim. Perfectly rented near the university. Modern, informal and cozy hotel. Careful cleaning of the room and bathroom. Comfortable bed but for single room, even that business, the bed is single. Small but cozy room. Superlative breakfast included in the price of the room. It's practically a lunch. Comfortable free parking near the property. Very nice staff. Recommended.

Cozy hotel near the university

Basic hotel, the single rooms are quite small. => the rooms are very clean => very modern bathroom => several meeting spaces available (proper for working meetings) => exceptional breakfast with a price view. High quality products offered to guests. and 4 km from Stuttgart Mass.... quality ratio price unbeatable during exhibition periods..... The double rooms look better on photos. The rooms on the second floor have a balcony.

Quality ratio correct price..... simplicity first and foremost

A nice hotel, a little out of the center but well connected via U-bhan and S-bhan, plenty of breakfast with mostly salty dishes, great yogurts and jams, medium-sized room, comfortable bed, unique shame of having the toilet in a tiny, claustrophobic room.

Clean and modern

It is a very large former industrial complex where the various offices have been converted into bedrooms, meeting areas in conference rooms, the dining room in the breakfast area and restaurant, a large underground parking lot, a mega company reception with a very large empty hall and precisely aseptic. The renovation is remarkable, my room is very new, well furnished, excellent design, very quiet even though it was on the ground floor, excellent bathroom, great silence and note about the windows there are the balconies! something else a bottle of grey water in homage and I never managed to win, but perhaps the cost of the Italian television is very low.

Atypical and aseptic

This hotel is mainly for conferences but is also a good idea for visiting Stuttgart. It is located 2 minutes' walk from the Hohenheim University campus, a short walk from the city centre of Stuttgart, which is still easily accessible by public transport. This part of the Stuttgart suburb is very quiet with small shops nearby and one is quickly in a very rural area. The rooms are classic decor, very well equipped, spacious, clean and fairly high-end for a reasonable price. The hotel has a restaurant and a nice bar. Internet access in all rooms, hairdressing, a large small bathroom, corner, bench bed, comfortable office (even in the rooms, it is easy to learn).

Nickel, practical and calm

This hotel is ideal if you need to go to the University of Hohenheim. It is also close and easily accessible from Stuttgart airport. I stayed only one night, but I can say that it confirms a good hotel. The only drawback, the internet connection.
