I went to the hotel in Germany for the first time in this hotel, and when I got to the room, what a surprise to see that the beds had not been made (ball mattresses, used bath towels in the sink). So I went down to ask the receptionist, who told me that in Germany it is normal not to change sheets and towels after every client..... beurk... and I naively believed it..... I was upset but as we had planned (not knowing if in Germany the bath towels were provided), we stayed the night and when I got back to France I had a German friend who told me that it was not a motel and that it was not possible to change sheets and towels after every client.... and I thought it was impossible to go to the camping invisitor.... so I would not go to the camping room and this is no longer a messaging service, and on my way back to France I had a German friend who told me that it wasn't a motel and that it was not possible to serve the sheets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm going to sell it!

Basic needs failure for any hotel....bad shower, bad beds and bad cleaning service.....beyond all that, lots of noise in the hotel...terrible organisation....worse client care ever...reception always closed...room flor not regulated (has hills)..smallest wardrobe i have ever seen....came to a first world country and stayed in a third world or less hotel....never again.
 Came for a business trip but thank god i left early and came back only late in the night, because the hotel is stressfull and claustrofobic...no elevator nor people to help carring bags.....do it on your own to climb all stairways....there is no ground flor

HORRIBLE

The worst hotel that ever happened to me. I've been on the road a lot and I think I can make a judgment. The bad atmosphere, the terrible smell and the unfriendly service made me speechless. I left the hotel immediately after the room tour and still had to pay the bill.

It's scary.

I was in Stuttgart for work and booked for a night here. I regret that I quickly regretted it. The reception reminds me of an hour hotel and there is a smell of smoke all over the hallway that naturally enters the rooms. The pictures do not correspond to reality. It is only superficially made on good. I went after an hour (that is, hour hotel..) and booked myself in IBIS Stuttgart to sleep.

The hotel is no longer all new, but in a clean state. The rooms are more than just small, so as all have been refurbished with shower and toilet, so space was lost, the dining room threatened in the prospectus was not found. People over 100 kg can't find enough space between the shower cabin and the exterior wall. One of the few hotels I know without breakfast. The restaurant makes a lot of money. There is too much hot kitchen until 10pm, quality dishes at affordable prices, you can also order only a portion of pommes that is very high in relation to the price. The affordable price is no longer luxury to experience, it is logical.

Good food till 10: 00

The hotel made a very bad impression on us. Our hotel room was only accessible by a very narrow staircase without an elevator on the second floor. The reception desk, a 50 cm x 50 cm window called the reception, was rarely occupied. The door to the room was tight, the roller shutters could only be dropped with help, the toilet was clogged and the shower was running very badly. A disaster three high!! Complaints were simply ignored and there was no remedy. Even after a decent complaint, the bathroom was cleaned satisfactorily. We are very disappointed with this hotel and will not recommend it any further.

Unsatisfactory

The booking was taken incorrectly and they wanted us to sleep in 4 rooms in a room without a bathroom (we had booked 2 with a private bathroom...).
