These pastries are just a dream! Each piece is truly a masterpiece! A beautiful restaurant with terrace. A wonderful view. Nice and friendly staff. Only the coffee has the potential for development for our taste;)

Fantastic pastries and masterful cakes

A great breakfast in the region and always worth a visit! Friendly and clean. The Croissant for me is the best in the region and how to love breakfast . Delicious pancakes, great chicken and a nice selection on the 2 person lion breakfast. Bread from the region is great and all the sweet parts from your own home, keep going!!!

Great again and again!

We arrived last Tuesday at about 2:30 pm, when all the other restaurants were closed. The restaurant was very crowded because of the great view and the great weather! We sat very close to the entrance and noticed how many guests came unannounced to the restaurant or for the night. The map offers great food at normal prices (no snack/no star restaurant). Portions are generous and really great and deliciously prepared. Of the last 8 restaurants of the last 8 days this is my favorite!!! Service was very stressful, because it sounds like calling the forest. You yourself are kind and friendly, even nice words come back. Everything rustic, but that also sounds like this in this area! Everything in this area!

Perfect food and friendly service

Hello, we were trying to enter the inn for coffee on the 31st of December after a walk around 3:00 p.m. The inn had been open until 4:00 p.m. that day. After we entered the door, an attendant came to us, without greeting us, and carried us straight out of the inn with the words We have to go to lunch today. The door slammed right behind us. The inn was well-attended at the time, so it seemed like there was no table left, so every guest would understand if there was no room. To be so shut down is really more than discouraging.

Simply made and transported out

Walking into the restaurant of this hotel and  requesting a room, we were shown a pretty bedroom
with traditional alpine flowers painted on the doors and furniture with a view of the pine trees at the side of the hotel thereby avoiding sounds of traffic. It suited us perfectly.  In early March, people were still cross country ski-ing and this hotel is in an ideal location for such activities.
Because I'd felt unwell all day, I did not eat but my husband did and said he'd had an excellent meal of vegetable soup, venison + vegetables, wine and a coffee for 24 euros.
Breakfast consisted of muesli, yoghurt, fruit juice, tinned fruit cocktail, boiled eggs, cheese and parma ham, tea or coffee.   80 euros bed and breakfast.
My only quibble was that the shower, toilet area is very dark and it is impossible to see to put make-up on.   It would be a big improvement if the mosaic tiling could be changed to white instead of having fawn/brown.    Putting a bright light over the washbasin would also be very helpful.   Otherwise, we found this hotel, cosy, warm and comfortable this winter and looking at the beautiful scenery we shall probably be back in the summer to go walking!
