We were very, very loud, because the train station was right next to the hotel and there was also freight. After a long, exhausting journey, we would have been happy to have a bottle of water in the room. There wasn't even a drinking machine, so you had to walk around the city tired to get water. No glasses, no information about the area and the hotel, in the room. The reception desk was seldom staffed. When we were asked where to get a bottle of water, we were told that there were enough restaurants in the immediate area.

Partly friendly and...

The facilities in the rooms are very old and not up-to-date. Bathroom and shower areas separate from each other and also not up-to-date. From very old tiles to broken-out window cleanings. Shame, at this price. TV use is only conditional. Image quality depends on the program. Common transmitters work very poorly (4 floors). Breakfast was great. Service was friendly and enthusiastic every day. Great praise to the ladies. The rooms are very bright, I heard the cell phone vibrating from the neighboring station. The train station also provides a high noise level. Conclusion: Renovation work is urgently needed.

Friendly staff, old standard equipment

The room was very clean, I noticed a very positive , and spacious for a single room . The division was good : bed, desk , additional small table with 2 comfortable chairs , storage for suitcases , and - still plenty of room for my yoga mat ! The staff was friendly , courteous and very natural - exactly as I appreciate it. For my questions I get support and I felt welcome . At breakfast special requests were easily picked up and immediately satisfied - very nice ! And , yes, there are 3 types of homemade jam for breakfast , great!

Good to stay

Location: I was travelling to Sankt-Augustin daily, so multiple bus and tram stops in the vicinity were handy; the city centre is also easily reachable, on foot as well as by public transportation

Quite Good

The hotel has clearly come into its years. Room 32: The bathroom in the style of the 70s, apparently, has never been renovated. The shower basin has been poorly cleaned. The bed is spacious and absolutely unsuitable for a heavy guest. The TV is small. The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of Hbf Bonn-Beuel. The windows are not soundproof. No, I won't get there again!

Sounds disappointing for the price

There was no real alternative, all the other hotels in the vicinity were booked, but an apology is not. Basically, we traveled without any expectations, yet we left with the feeling that the stay was an apology. All options were discussed. Asking if there was still a room available in another hotel, private room, even the possibility of spending the two nights. My partners ultimately led me away because all of these options would have been disrespectful to the traveling couple who had made the effort to close a hotel and rent the rooms. So when we had collected some Karma Plus Points in the old house, we had a small, narrow, unobtrusive bathroom, even the possibility of spending the two nights in our private room.

Big dislike!

Unfortunately, due to the location right at Beuler station, it's too loud to sleep, I've been up almost all night. The room is very spartanly furnished, you have to pick up a dresser at the reception. Breakfast is fine. The friendly people who run the hotel and the free Wi-Fi are positive.

It's very loud!

Stayed for two nights for a business trip to Bonn. Breakfast good and at the end plenty. All I wanted was there. Room was big, old but quiet. Pillow was to soft for me, but I just used the second one. Quite a few restaurants and shopping possibilities. S-Bahn and tram just a minute away, to get you to Cologne or Bonn city. It is an older hotel but friendly. For sure one of the bigest bath rooms I had in a while in such a hotel, but simple.

Clean, simple, quiet and ok

That was quite an old hotel. Found this one as it was just across the S-bahn station, so I needed to go to Cologne for a fair. Price was great compared to all other hotels during fair time. And that was it. Old rooms, old bathrooms, not a cent invested in the last years. Comofrtable bed - yes, but if you need to stay there more than one night, think twice.

Quite old

I slept one night in the second half of July 2013 as I was in the area for work. The staff are actually very courteous and speak English but when you come to the hotel the judgment is very different. My room was small and the thing that bothered me the most was the bed that emitted a smell as if it had not been cleaned well after the previous guests. Another huge flaw is that the rooms do not have air conditioning so if you happen to be there in the summer you have to keep the window open. This is a real hassle since, besides, nearby there is the Bonn-Beuel station: you can't personally sleep!!! Breakfast given then didn't satisfy me that in the morning:
