It was a great place to stay. I only wish that it was not that high, The ascent might be rather challenging - one should get used to it. The breakfast is also good. We also met the owner so I'd like to thank him for maintaing such a good place which is also relatively cheap.

Great place to stay

Where do I start? The prettiest hotel in an amazing location a few minutes walk from the main attractions in the old town as well as some great Georgian restaurants. The staff have amazing English, are super friendly and can’t do enough for you. 

The room itself is a good size, I was lucky enough to have a little balcony and the bathroom one of the cleanest I’ve had in hotels. The bed/ pillows etc. were comfy and having both heating and AC available meant you could always get comfortable. 

The only downsides were noise at night (a bar behind was a little rowdy at times) and a little pressure and persistence from staff to cancel through hotels.com and book through them direct. Staff did say to WhatsApp them if the bar was noisy but the one time I did do this, it sadly didn’t help - I’m thankful I wasn’t there a Friday/ Saturday evening as apparently those are the loudest. I’m not sure if it was just my room affected by this as I was the only on the second floor backing onto it but worth mentioning in case you’re sensitive to even the slightest noise like me. 

Beautiful stay in the best location!

A small hotel in the heart of old Tbilisi. The rooms are simply appointed but very neat, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is terrific. Natalia and her colleagues couldn't be more considerate and helpful. We highly recommend this place, and hope to stay there again next time we're in Georgia.
Also, Natalia's restaurant recommendations should be taken seriously, they're quite good.

Wonderful, quiet small hotel.

WOW, where do I begin?  My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Betlemi Old Town Hotel.  Our room on the first floor was wonderful, the balcony view was spectacular and the bed was super comfortable.  One of the best things about staying here is Natalia and Maguli.  They were both so kind, friendly, helpful and attentive.  Breakfast upstairs on the terrace was amazing.  Natalia asks you what you want for breakfast the day before and it is prepared just as you wish...and very very good.  Ask Natalia to arrange a tour with Levan to a monastery and winery.  If you want to experience Old Town Tbilisi, stay here.  We will definitely be back.

Fabulous, Friendly and Fun

I stayed in Bethlehem for 3 nights in August.The property is located on Bethlehem Street in the heart of the old town from where many tourist attractions, nice and good locations and a charming view from the terrace are accessible.These are the features that make you face the climbs on the return with a smile on your lips!The room is simple and basic but clean and comfortable.The breakfast prepared and the fruit and cheese offered on arrival, a kind unexpected and highly appreciated.Natalia, the host is absolutely perfect!Gentle, available, and super prepared to approach the traveler in the most convenient, intelligent and intelligent way possible.Looks like it is a fluently disseminated wine of prodice and chicago.I definitely found an affordable stay in Georgia.

Perfect accommodation in the heart of the old town.

The owner, Natalia, is an absolute gem. Her communication is fantastic and she offered us so many great tips on where to eat dinner. She also helped us arrange transportation to and from the hotel. Her breakfast was a great value at only around $5 and her hot tea with lemon and mint was some of the best I have ever had. She really made sure our stay was perfect. The hotel itself was wonderful. It is very clean and a very traditional feel in a quiet neighborhood with much cleaner air quality than in the city. The room had great A/C and even a mini-fridge. The value was unbeatable and the location was close to everything. Thank you Natalia!!

Amazing Experience!

Natalia runs a wonderful Guest House in the middle of the historic old town and close to restaurants and cafes. It has only a few rooms but everything is spotless clean and the little terrace is a real gem with an amazing view over the city and beyond. The beds and linen are of good quality and the AC works well without noise. Do not forget to ask Natalia for here list of restaurants and bars, you will not be disappointed with here choice. Communication works great and David her driver is also a great guide.

Small and charming

This is one of the best hotels I stayed, if not the best. The location is perfect, we walked everywhere in Tbilisi on foot during our weekly stay. We had a room with a killer view balcony over all historical sites and the city. There was also a common terrace on the second floor, where we had breakfast, dinner and wine, which is plenty in the hotel's bar. The terrace has even better views. The hotel's owner greeted us with wine tasting when we arrived and we had a breakfast every morning, prepared from fresh local products and coffee. She helped us with everything - starting from advices where to eat, where to go and booking for us tours. Natalia was even so nice that when she heard I have a birthday she called the restaurant where we celebrated and ordered a surprised dessert for me. This was amazing to get people come to our table and sing Happy Birthday. Since those are COVID time we had to do a test before our flight back and she took care to order everything for us with the lab person coming to hotel to take the samples.  The room was very clean and the spacious, cleaned every day with great housekeeping. We will definitely come back and stay only here in Tbilisi.

Best Hotel!

A good hotel attends the winter season and very well. Well located and its host Natalia is very nice, if she sits with you to guide you on what to do and where to eat and also gave us a taste of wine from the area, a detail. The best, the breakfasts she and her companion make and the local home atmosphere. We ended here because the best hotel, also called flower, left us without accommodation the night before our flight. We were lucky to be able to meet this place.

It was our secod stay in this hotel, the staff welcomed us with warm hospitaiity and we always feel very comfortable like at home.

This hotel located pretty good access to everywhere where where tourlist go.
Due to the small uphill way and narrow street, it might be difficult to reach just in front of hotel by taxi. It would be more comfortable to take taxi to the bigger street. It happened for us, some taxi driver couldn't reach to closer to the hotel.
Because of this comfortableness and theirs hospitality, we decided to come back to same hotel here.

My husband enjoyed chiling out with owner and other tourlist from Russia, enjoying local wine... 

The restaurant where they reccomend us "Ethonographer", was one of the best place for us. We enjoyed wonderful georgian cruisine with professional services, Georgian traditional dance, music... everything was just gorgeous!

Thanks for theirs help, we had a great moment in Tbilisi, and for sure we will come back again.
