The hotel staff has noisy parties at night, running drunk all over the hotel, making noise. We managed to sleep literally two hours during the whole night: shouting, stomping, running, loud laughter. There is no soundproofing in the room. After a complaint they did not stop making noise, on the contrary, they moved the party to the neighboring room, which is across the wall, and until morning they shouted, knocked, stomped, did everything to spoil the guests' rest.
The hotel was empty, we didn't see any guests other than our family. No wonder the hotel stands empty.

Maximum unfriendly, disgusting hotel

The view of the city is amazing. I see such a huge balcony for the first time. Everything I need: a clean and comfortable bed, a shower with a good pressure of hot water. I was warmed up in February by a condenser. The perfect location for an early departure from the train station.

Excellent convenient transfer point at the train station

The location is good,just next to metro.Very quite, comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was great. The only problem was Wi-Fi it is not working probably. The rooms need renovation. 
I just highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

Very cheap , comfortable rooms ,very clean, good breakfast , quiet place ,helpful staff and friendly and the view very wonderful 😍.    
It’s located also near airport and on the same place for Tbilisi train station .

Central hotel 🏨 

Western toilet and bathroom facilities, clean, quiet and comfortable, with the very much needed, working air-conditioning.  And the location, being next to the Station Square Metro, made it very convenient; it's only 3 stops away from Tbilisi's Old Town.

And yes, the staff speaks English.

Very Good Hotel with 3-Star Pricing

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, I found myself well, the rooms are small but comfortable, well clean and equipped with air conditioning (indispensable for those who come to this city in summer). The price is very affordable, very kind and available staff. The structure is far from the historic center, but there is a subway outside the hotel, which allows easy access to the most important attractions of Tbilisi.

Hotel within Tbilisi Central Station (fifth floor)

Plus: 1. The hotel is located directly on the train station, on the 5th floor. 2. The room is equipped with good beds, TV, fan, air conditioner. 3. Nice surprise to have toothbrushes and tops in the room. 4. The location is convenient if you have a train injury, as it was with us, a train in Batumi. 5. You can also consider accommodation in this hotel if you want to get to the airport economically.

Hotel on the railway

Bed is made by kids at school woodworking shop for sure. It creaks with every little movement so loudly the rooms adjacent can hear it. It was so bad the second night I put it on the floor just to try and get a little sleep. 

The mattress well you can count every spring as they poke in your back. 

Room size is micro. 

The shower rocks as you shower in it which is quite novel and is filthy. The toilet runs constantly keeping you awake. 

Situated above a shopping centre so constant noise. 

I have stayed in 300+ hotels worldwide and this is the worst I have ever stayed in. It's not even if it is really cheap either.  They should invest some money into the rooms as furniture looks all hand made and not in a good way.

Worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay at. Please avoid at any cost

This Hotel is in very good place when you start from Airport by train you will reach to this hotel directly with a mare 50 tetra (means 1/2  Gel) but this hotel is not suitable to stay for tourist because it is bit far from the Tourist places (Hotel is good 3 km far from liberty tower) after 10:00 pm you cant go for a walk like in the city center. so this hotel is good for travelers whom are going to Batumi or any where else.

Overnight Traveller's

This is the most convenient and ideal place to stay a night before an early train departure (or if coming in late...). It is literally up a couple floors from the main train station ticket floor (there is only a lift, no stairs, no escalator). The reception staff are super kind, helpful and all seem to speak a number of languages to accommodate their guests.

I stayed in a room with my mom, and although a tad small for two, we managed for the night. We slept soundly and deeply on the comfy mattress and soft pillows. Room slippers, toothbrushes, paste and little shampoos/etc were provided.
