We got the room when we walked into the room, it smelled bad, the website said there was false information about free Wi-Fi, so there was no Wi-Fi, and most importantly, even after numerous requests, the room forgot its vintage vintage suit the next day, and they refused to return it.

We've done something horrible. We've taken someone else's clothes, the room stinks, the Wi-Fi is down.

Very neat and clean and breakfast is nice too! It’s in a quiet location. Hotel has a exterior of beautiful architecture with all modern amenities inside ! Excellent hotel and hospitality, thanks Mr David.

Not suitable for family with kids. There come and harass evry 5 mins if kids cry basically leaving you in a bad position. The hotel should mention in their policy if they dont accept or like kids. Highly not recommend

Not suitable  for family

The hotel has pathetic food especially the breakfast . There is thief named Eric among their staffs who cheated me and bought 30 lari by lying to me .
The staffs are very arrogant and rude.
I not at all recommend it for the families with small kids.

The hotel is very bad interms of the employees they are very arrogamt and rude to the customers. The food there is terrible especially the breakfast. They have unhygienic toilets and mats. Tgey have less food options.

1.very rude employees.
2.very terrible breakfast.
3. Unhygienic toilet 
4. Not at all suitable for families.
5. Not at all worth it interms of the suit.

Not a good choice

Very nice hotel. For family vacation 10 points. Breakfast from Manana is domestic, full until evening. The room is all new. The cleanliness is perfect. We lived on the first floor, so sometimes there was a bit of noise from the reception. In the rest everything is beautiful. We remember the hotel with pleasure. A special thanks to Alex for the friendly meeting/guides to the airport and interesting excursions. Near the exchange of currencies and the city market (domestic Suluuni cheese, spices). In forty minutes you can walk down the nice street to the old town.

It's perfect for family vacation.

Excellent hotel, modern, clean, convenient, walking distance from the city center, near shops, a market where you can buy Georgian tastings (raw, fruit, vegetables, spices). Very welcoming staff.

It's a great hotel.

So here I lost my tablet and the hotel staff gave it back to me! I even forgot about it - why the tablet if I was in Georgia and didn't remember it before I came back, and then where would I look for it? and nowhere. I would have been without it and everything. This one case already tells us that there are wonderful honest people who don't take someone else. The hotel is clean and tidy. T-shirts, towels, toothbrush, towel, shower gel and shampoo.

It's amazing, but the fact is, honest people work here!

I really liked the hotel. The rooms are big and clean, very cozy, everything new. The staff is polite and sociable, recommend places to visit in the city. Thank you so much for making your vacation even better. We'll definitely be back again!
