The rooms are large, but very uncomfortable. No closet, it is a problem to hung your close. No table, you have no place to put a small stuff. Uncomfortable bathroom with no shelf to put your toothbrush, comb, etc. Very nice breakfast.

Very uncomfortable rooms.

Two families with their children stopped by, drove by 2 cars. They called in the afternoon, said we were coming from Yerevan and we were planning to stop. Thanks to the hostess, she didn't give the number to others, she called in the evening and asked if she would wait for us or not, an hour later we arrived.

It's a quiet place, but there are downsides.

Nice hotel with big grass in front; cozy, quest atmospheric rooms and interior. Nino is a great hostess there! She always  makes sure that you are enjoying with your stay. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Nice choice to  enjoy staying in Kazbegi

The hotel and the facilities, including the restaurant, are very new and have a lot of potential. However, this hotel was the worst of our entire trip: the staff seems very unmotivated and partly repulsive, no one was present at the breakfast buffet, no room cleaning during a multi-day stay, no contact person at the hotel; really a pity! Overall a great disappointment for us and given the high price of the rooms, I strongly recommend this hotel - there are better alternatives in Kazbegi!

Disappointment!

On our round trip through Georgia we spent one night at the Green Sheep in Stephantsminda. The hotel is very nice and ideally decorated and has a great location. Unfortunately, some things are just nice and not practical. With the rolling trunk you can only go very bumpy from the parking lot to the hotel - but you can also roll across the meadows:-). The rooms are a little small, there is no trunk to suitcase. No mineral water, only a shower towel per person and a glass (?) in the double room - not acceptable for this furniture. But what's not going on is this. The optically appealing furniture outside is too low and not very uncomfortable. The male staff is uncomfortable and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, a little arrogant towel is missing. There was no room for a cup of coffee, but the whole tomatoes are very hot and not very dry. A nice hotel - restaurant leaves to be desired

The staff is honestly the worst, everyone in the restaurant is treated very badly. Don't think that they are going to come serve you, you have to get to the bar and order yourself.
When they are kind enough to answer you /look you in the eyes, they might show you how pissed off they are by your presence. And it's not only targetted at tourists, we saw staff yell at a local client. It is a real shame because the place in itself is nice...

Everything was fine, nice, beautiful
But the waiter (staff), with long hair and beard, he was rude, unprofessional, agressive, you can not ask anything he made so many bad expressions . We were shocked that nice place with good food have so bad guy. He will ruin your business for sure. I hope you will read this and take some action. Thanks and all the best. 🙂

Service

We visited off-season (May) and the accommodation was suited to the area - small but adequate room and bathroom., Nnot so good for extended stays... but adequate.
The hotel reception staff were very friendly.  The restaurant staff were not a happy bunch, though the food and drinks were fine..

Comfortable if snug, chalet accommodation

Only the restaurant. The environment is very welcoming, as were the people. The beer was very lovely and the wine deluxe. I went in the two nights I was in Kazbegi and how lucky I was! First evening the restaurant was actually closed to regular customers due to the Supra(!!) that was on that afternoon. However, I was made welcome and invited to partake. Strike me pink! Second evening I stuck to wine, unreal variety of cheeses and pickled vegetables. So good. I’d like to thank the friendly people. A surreal long weekend in picturesque winter wonderland Kazbegi.

An Oasis in paradise

This hotel was chosen by my friends and I was thrilled.A picturesque place, around a mountain, sunshine, fresh air.The hotel inside is very nice, the rooms are clean and cozy, with a beautiful view.The hotel is very warm, which is a big plus, because if there is no sun, it is very cold.The breakfasts are varied and very full.A lot of hot food and sweets, I don't even eat at home sometimes.The place is very quiet, which is ideal for rest, especially wrapped in a hammock.The hotel costs 5 points.
