Excellent hotel and service, would definitely stay here again. It’s directly across the street from the ferry, and walkable to other restaurants and bars. They have their own onsite as well.

Excellent location next to the harbor cruise and ferry terminal. Also close to market and city center. Pleasant welcome and Fast check-in. Modern room with built in kitchenette. The only drawback was the lack of a separate shower - the 'shower' in the bathtub spilled water over the bathroom when used

Great location, pleasant service.

Only one small elevator.  Air conditioner did not work great which made room hot.  Front desk should provide better information and assist customers with services.  After discussing the details of renting a car one staff said I needed to call myself another said we can assist but its better if we did.  She told me it would cost 20.00 per day.  When I came back with the car they had no parking available and then told me I needed to have made a reservation.  Why would they not give me this information when I first asked them about renting a car and the 20.00 fee. Provide guests with full information not half.  I had to ask where is breakfast served.  They do not provide you with information about the hotel when you check in which caused us to keep going back to front desk to ask questions.  Customer service can be more informative.   The disco next door plays loud music until 4 am.

Great boutique hotel! Staff were all amazing! Hotel is  located in a busy area but right in the midst of local life (markets, restaurants, ferry). We took the ferry to Moorea for a day trip. I probably wouldn’t have felt safe in the market area alone as a female so take that into consideration.

Great hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Great staff. We arrived late in the evening and were quickly checked in and given all the instruction for what we wanted to do. Very friendly staff

Very original rooms, great bar at the top with view, design and simplicity in the decoration of the spaces.

I did not like the parking directions and arrangement for rental cars.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property seems well intentioned and is nicely decorated but unfortunately, whoever designed this put form before function. The rooms have unnecessary amenities (a stovetop?) and not the necessary ones (no shower!) The worst part is that we got a room on the 6th floor and the restaurant is on the 7th. There is almost NO NOISE INSULATION whatsoever. We were trying to sleep while restaurant guests enjoyed loud music and moved their seats around right above our heads. It was pretty bad and the hotel should reconsider booking those rooms until they fix the problem. If you stay here, which you might because the location is convenient to the piers and airport, demand a room on the 5th floor - but beware the karaoke bar that torments lower floors per other reviews.

The rooms were beautiful - huge and fantastic view. Airport was a short taxi ride away and downtown market area a quick walk from the hotel. The rooftop bar at sunset was an experience not to be missed!
