We were pleasantly surprised, because everything is well arranged. Small functional kitchen area and really the prices are quite competitive. Bathroom also with space. If you park your car in the underground parking lot, do not forget to tell at the reception.

Very well located hotel

Apartment hotel very well located in the city center. However, there was a lot of noise under our windows, people were screaming and fighting the two nights we stayed. Parking nearby. Too old bed, bathroom in mid-state, electrical wires are visible, spider webs everywhere from the s to the room. It's very hot at night and no climate... Breakfast is to be avoided, too expensive for what there are: frozen croissants, muesli archi dry, damaged fruit, poor quality.

Middle! Hotel to be renovated...

We had ordered two separate beds because the bed was doubled. The pillows were not clean. The toilet towels were not for the first grade. We wanted to use the bathroom of the rdc and it is without comment. Too expensive 85 euros for a room overlooking the church. We will not go back there.

Dirty and old

An excellent room with small kitchenette and balcony, microwave, and fridge. Really clean including large tiled bathroom with bath and shower etc. Very good room at a reasonable price. Only a normal double bed in our room but two single bedded rooms are available.

Excellent modestly priced aparthotel

Room with a view of the beautiful lake, some renovations have been made. Kitchen equipped, hotel located in the city center and therefore very little parking space, not terrible isolation but bearable noise as there were not many people.

Small but functional

Friendly and friendly. Church side room: very badly located, no view of the muddy lake, noisy... room not clean enough... hair in the bathroom, mirror not clear, under the dusty bed... room well arranged, small kitchen well equipped. price is excessive... hotel near pedestrian street and shops, underground parking. We will not go back there...

Disappointed.

So, the residence would certainly need a renovation, in the sense that a renovation would certainly benefit; however, it has some strengths that are: fantastic location, in the upper part of Thonon, on the wonderful viewpoints of the town, a step from the main pedestrian street (the Grand Rue) with all the shops, a step from the beautiful funicular leading to the lake. Our structure, we were in 4, located on the fourth floor (with elevator) had two balconies with a splendid view and a terrace on the church and the roofs of the old Thonon. Mixed furnishings, a double bed on the back, with sink and bathtub, a room with a sink and sink, two other rooms in the space that the lover was waiting for.

That's a great position, but remember, it's a two star.

Stayed for one night in July with 6 friends in 3 rooms.

The rooms are basic and the shower is the type with no wall bracket (why??)

There was a small balcony and the rooms appeared reasonably clean. Breakfast was very basic as you might expect for the price.

Cheap hotel easy to find basic accomodation

Everything was very nice. It was a good hotel. Very careful staff. The room is not very spacious, but very tolerant.

That's good.

We arrived on a Sunday evening.. There was no single human being at the reception office!  They left our keys on the office and left.. Thank God everything went smoothly that night and we didn't need any help.. 2 people as i observed speak English which is great in a country side!.. The rooms are small and old but clean.. The kitchen is fully equipped.. Free Wifi working very well.. Very noisy a outside but the amazing view of the lack compensates that! I'm not sure if the cleaner have ever cleaned our rooms.. She never washed the dishes we used for breakfast.. Nor the bathroom.. Corridors are always dark.
