Of course, some rooms deserve to be refurbished, although their outdated charm is by no means a lack of comfort. The kindness of the staff is never lacking. Breakfast could be enriched by an omelette or eggs on the plate, but this is only a small detail in relation to the quality of the products.

A Repeated Pleasure

Reasonably priced, comfortable room with king sized bed. Breakfast was reasonable and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
The only drawback was that I arrived on a very warm day - there's no aircon or fans so I had to try and ventilate the room as best I could but as the shutters were the only window covering that was a little difficult. I'm sure had I asked for a fan they would have provided one.
Overall, very happy with the accommodation.
The pizzeria opposite does excellent pizza. 

Good value centrally located

Don't rely on the facade on the street side, once you walk through the door you'd think you're home. The reception there is incredibly warm and the room is decorated with taste and care, unfortunately the shower room is really small. As for breakfast, don't say anything, we serve you what you want, it's good and the setting is nice. We don't talk to you. Very good quality/price ratio. I'll be back for sure!

It's like home...

Very average frame in an old building converted into a hotel. Friendly and hospitable staff. Right food. But very bad surprise with bed bugs that had probably arrived at the same time as the bed itself! Totally unacceptable.

Punishments in bed!!

I've tried this atypical place and I've partially joined. I'd dare say, it all depends on what you're looking for. There is indeed charm and a willingness to create a welcome and comfort in this hotel as we find it less and less. To sum up, the terminology family boarding would be the most appropriate with a very present patron, sometimes too much? I hadn't released the room yet, as my host was already actively investigating it... For the rest, a quality breakfast, not too early in the morning because the house wakes up gently; a very acquired habitation, in search of the item of clothing that brings a style that an uninquisitive item of clothing to a place that was thought would appear to be a good one.

The taste of the day

Finally, here's another approach to the hotel! Halfway between a simple overnight stay and a guest room, the park hotel has really reserved a very pleasant surprise for us. Skeptical at the time of our arrival, we entered a place where we felt directly comfortable. And the word is weak. The manager, Danielle, refurbishes her rooms according to her tastes. What a success! We spent two nights in the African-themed room, on the first floor. Beige tapestry with ethnic border, statuette and accompanied furniture, overlooking the park balcony. We felt clean. The bathroom was also right back at the appointment. For the park, you don't have much convenient space; we're looking forward to a lot of fun next to it!
