I didn't stay in the facility because a few days before I left, all travel was blocked because of the coronavirus emergency; I politely asked not to be charged the cost of the room due to force majeure. They said they couldn't make exceptions. I find this attitude in an emergency moment really incomprehensible and unreasonable.

Bad experience

brilliant hotel located in the heart of paris.  Most of the tourist sites are within walking distance.  The lobby is manned 24/7 and staff are very helpful.

The rooms size is small, but that's what you get in the center of paris.  The price is affordable.  metro stations are nearby.

excellent location

A first phone call to get complicated information... An arrival with complications, the room map had mysteriously disappeared, we had to wait until 1:30 in the morning to get a new one. The space is narrow, the room is small, smells of enclosure... The bathroom (which is a shower at the foot of the bed) is completely open, superb for a trip with friends... The place is well located despite the many noises coming from the street or neighboring rooms... In short, the night is not worth 90€, but welcome to Paris!

It's disappointing.

Dirty rooms, poor reception, super-short spaces, no toiletries, no towels, a nightmare, I highly disapprove of it, it was a super negative experience!!!!!!!!

We're going down!

We stayed 3 nights for February. Our reservation included a superior double room. We were greeted by a gentleman in a rather unpleasant way. We were rude and annoyed. The room was attached to the hall! privacy zero with recovery furniture and noisy as it also looked out on the street! despite having paid more we asked for another room and with enough air he gave us another room without even accompanying us. We found ourselves on the 3rd floor with a narrow lock and no elevator in a topping structure (add photo).

It's scary!

Stayed one night at this hotel as I was attending a concert at Le Grand Rex (and it's very close and was handy for that purpose).
If you're on a budget and can't afford anything better, then it's close to the metro station and doesn't take long to get into the centre of the city.
However, the room wasn't nice, uncomfortable bed, and not much natural light.
The breakfast was awful - for €7, you get a croissant and a bit of baguette + a drink. No choice AT ALL. Just get what you're given.
If you need a one night stay close to Le Grand Rex, it does the job but I wouldn't recommend for anything else.

Not good but handy for Le Grand Rex

I stayed in this hotel for three days, surviving as best I could, the room is minimal, no closet, only three very small shelves, barely fit the suitcase. There was no shower gel, no shampoo, the toilet paper was scarce, the room was not cleaned. There are rooms that do not have a toilet inside, if shared with the rest of the rooms on the same floor. The stairs are very narrow, it is difficult to load the suitcase up to them. The only acceptable thing, if any, would be the stop location because it has a metro next door.

Good reception, clean room, the hotel is noisy, breakfast is far too expensive for what's on offer, we're told breakfast starts at 7am when it's actually 7:30, which is too late for me.

Average hotel

Hotel with a very convenient location to visit Paris: just a few steps from two metro stops. Gentle staff and handy, but very small rooms. Our room was in front of the reception, with window without blinds on the street. No privacy. Clean environment, recommended for short trips.

It's a great location, but...

We travelled here for New Year (myself and 2 friends). We'd booked a triple room, which was in fact a double room and no more. 1 double bed, 1 single. We asked about this but they were fully booked so we had to just suck it up. :(

There was literally NO room to get ready. Nowhere to put bags, hardly any floor space. I get that buildings in Paris have small rooms etc, but squeezing 3 beds into this room and claiming it's suitable for 3 adults is just misleading. 

The bathroom was so so so sooooo teeny. The light was so dim too that it was essentially showering in the dark. Nowhere to put your things either. Door was wonky and no ventilation so the smell in the room was like damp, which wasn't pleasant. 

On the plus side, downstairs in the reception area was pleasant, and the lady and guy are really nice. Location is excellent, loads of lovely cafe's and bars within a minutes walk and the metro is just round the corner.
